There was no address posted on the building from the street. Also, the apartment photos from the booking.com showed an apartment with a larger couch, a larger bedroom, etc. than what we had in our unit (201). The apartment we stayed in, was not the apartment we expected when we booked it.

The biggest advantage is location - near harbor and city center

check in was difficult. the instructions provided to find the property were inaccurate and left us wandering in the streets with our luggage for 15 mins. curtains were not fully black-out curtains, which is a big deal when visiting in the summer when the sun doesn’t set.

Pretty much everything! It was a big spacious apartment, every room was great in size, the facilities were of quality including TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, lots of cutlery, plates etc. Amazing location, really close to the lively City Centre, but not close where it's loud either. Really close to a popular bus stop where you get dropped off & picked up for excursions. Some excellent bars & restaurants nearby. If I'm ever in Reykjavik, I will try to get in here!

the TV didn’t work and the support person on the telephone was very sarcastic whilst I was trying to ask for help and upset me very much we were there for a 5 nights so would have expected the tv to work.

The apartment is clean and pleasant, and very conveniently located in the city center. It's just a few minutes' walk to Bus Stop 1 (City Hall) and Bust Stop 4 (Midbakki), convenient for tour pick-ups. It's also a few minutes' walk to a small corner store, and about 10 min.' walk to a Bonus, netto, and Kronan for groceries. Though we didn't drive, it looks like there's good street parking options. The bed was comfortable, there was enough storage, and the kitchen was adequately equipped. Our unit had a bathtub which was very nice to have.

These are only suggestions, they were minor issues: perhaps the property manager could leave a roll of paper towels, or else more kitchen towels/sponges, for wiping up spills etc. in the kitchen area. Also more dishwasher tabs so that we could run the dishwasher daily, or else provide more utensils, dishware, cookware, cutting board etc. so that one doesn't have to handwash before running the dishwasher (we were a family of three, cooking dinner daily at home). For those who care, the cooking utensils are plastic. Recycling instructions would also be great. The manager uses WhatsApp so guests should have that app downloaded before arrival--the manager was quick to respond on that platform (she resolved our check-in problems quickly).

difficult to find due to the name not being “vesturgata” that’s the name of the street. it was called grey apartments, but once we figured it out after looking for a bit, it was a great stay!! the water did smell like sewer. but other than that, 👍🏽

This place is really quiet n convenient! Near to the harbour n within walking distance to city! Place is clean and easy to check in/out too. Would highly recommend this place to frens !

Great location, warm and comfortable, modern apartment with good facilities.

Windows need updating as lots of condensation meant water on all windowsills but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy check-in, clear instructions and directions, great location, incredibly clean. The whole place is very modern and well-equipped. Worked well for a brief stay with a family of 4.

very hard to find and room was quite damp. Iceland is very expensive in general so price is probably relative.

We were three persons and the third bed was nor ready . I calle the owner of this house and he told me that I must that make . ok I found pillows and bedsheets in wardrobe. The seconde bad surprise was that we didn’t found shampoo and duschgel in the bathroom. He told me that if we need that she brings something tomorrow. we were lucky because the supermarket was still open and we bought all about the bathroom. Also no coffee, not tee not water to drink in this house. we are all very disappointed. the next time certainly I don’t stay again in this house. Unvebievable

The apartment was nice, big, and warm. Facilities were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Very cozy!
