The place looks amazing, the view is perfect. It has everything we needed. Definitely will be booking here again

The check in time, we got there very early but it makes sense because people need to check out and the place needs to be cleaned. The owner could may make catering available on request. It would be really nice to wake up to breakfast on the table.

Modern finishes and good Wifi

Windows are terribly dirty and you cannot see outside, there is no privacy in the downstairs bedroom or bathroom, the blinds are broken, Tammy advised that she will send someone to fix it but that did not happen. No extra linen, No rubbish removal, No toilet paper, No porter! Extremely rude and unfriendly security. These are just the basics to claim a 5-Star grading for any property, including self-catering. Definitely not ‘world class’. More like a budget apartment.

Some of the equipment is broken.If the host can prioritize on fixing those. either than that the place is absolutely stunning i had so much fun and a pleasant stay😊 would definitely book again without a doubt

Almost everything

I was not happy with the main bedrooms cupboards as they were not funtional and I had to put my bags in the open space in the room. The view is beautiful but the dirty windows blocked off that view. The bottom bedroom had no privacy as blinds were broken and we had to share the upstairs bathrooms. Those small issues affected the stay but once resolved, I would go back anytime

We haven't heard anything about our refund from the breakage fee? Also if the could be someone or a way to do the inventory check.

Beautiful modern design - just as it’s pictured on the internet. Tammy was very helpful with our dinner reservations and also helped us with activities in the area. The residence was spotless, bright and airy. Check in was quick and security was helpful.
