Beds was clean and comfortable Parking is free

The room we had was in the basement and the air inside was not fresh. It was kind of claustrophobic.

My car which was parked at the hotel was vandalized by having the windows smashed. The hotel staf was not so helpful with the after work.

The place was easy to find. Downstairs was a kitchen, though we didn't use it. Best for solo travel or shared room for two kids. Showerhead was on the bigger side, which was nice. No tiny spray. There was a mini fridge as well as a ventilator installed. Blankets and pillows were very nice. The pillow was sturdy but soft, good for the neck. And although the blankets looked quite thin, they were warm. Not too warm, but comfortably so. Despite the room being small, there was a tiny closet to hang your jacket, with two drawers. We didn't use the tv, but it looked good.

The stank of pee came up if you didn't close the toilet lid. Everytime one of the rooms around flushed or used the tap, you could hear the water through the walls. Walls were thin enough to hear doors open/close from other rooms etc. The tab on the sink was loose. As well as that it was hard to sit on the toilet with the little space there was. Bathroom door couldn't close properly as well. The carpety floor looked dirty. There was even a paper underneath the bed from previous occupiers - which left to wonder if it was actually cleaned. Twinbeds were way too small to comfortably sleep on. One had to turn in place otherwise you would be rolling on the floor.

The window was broken so we couldn’t lock it. We had to take our valuable stuff with us. The toilet was out of the room, which it is not a problem but less comfortable

First I got a room without any windows and a very bad ventilation. I kindly asked for another one and a very friendly man from the team organized another room for me.

The Room was very clean, everything was perfect. They gave as access to the room long time before check-in time for belongs deposit. Thanks a lot.

we were arranged in the basement room, the only thing was it barely had wifi connection in this room. And the room really has kinda weird smell, maybe it's because of Dutch humid weather. also, it was a pretty disturbing noise for the water tubes in the room during the night. The rest of it is perfect!
