It's everything you need to have a good rest and to enjoy some days at a nice beach. The beach is very clean and the sand is soft and enjoyable. The pools are nice too, although they may get a bit crowded. The food is good in general, but the food at the Mexican restaurant, Agave, is delicious. The service from the staff Is also great and professional. The amenities are good in general. I did not really miss anything.
WiFi wasn't available in all areas, but in my room and in the lobby it worked fine. There is, however good reception from Telcel, the leading cell phone company in Mexico.

La compania de Tours qué tienen en el Lobby no son amables, tuvimos un problema, una mala experiencia con un tour y no quisieron hacerse responsables. El tal Gerente de esta empresa de Tours sumamente grocero. Tuvimos que poner nuestro queja con el hotel, el cual finalmente nos apoyo y ayudo a encontrar solución justa. Además, la empresa de los Tours son muy caros, en booking.com hubiéramos encontrado el mismo tour un 20% más barato. Así que tengan cuidado.

el trato desde la recepcionista hasta la d e limpieza desde que llegamos nos trataron mal se equivocaron en sus precios y se desquitaron con su trato no nos dieron ni una buena bienvenida ,ni nada donde dijiera que restaurantes habia ni los horarios ni nada todo tuvimos que andar preguntando tanto la limpieza pésima la hacían a medias, llegábamos al cuarto y cuando no faltaba papel faltaban toallas y márqueles y márqueles y no respondían hasta tres horas después las colchas que ponían estaban siempre húmedas con un olor bastante feo donde no las secan bien y así las ponen la verdad no recomiendo nada el hotel pésimo trato

Clean facilities, great location
Staff in restaurants were slow and gave us conflicting info, which resulted in us not being able to eat at restaurants we wanted.

the food! The Sushi restaurant was good. Couldnt get into the Italian restaurant. Breakfast and lunch were great but the dinners lacked flavor idea!

The attention, the food the activities and facilities like the gym and pool, the food is excellent at least from my opinion, the rooms and bed are very cozy and the personal is very kind, the specialties restaurants are very nice too, too bad we didn't know we could try to get a reservation after 3
Just 2 things that I understand are not quite the hotel's fault but sometimes the demand for drinks at the beach and pool is too high and the waiters took longer to bring your beverage but the bartenders at the restaurants are very nice and fast, the second thing is that there's a few folks at the beach harassing you to buy them something or go with them on a tour, other than that it was a very nice experience overall, thanks!

This is our 4th trip to this location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Great entertainment every evening. Very relaxing atmosphere. Food is awesome. A great trip for families.

clean , beautiful, lots of bottled water supplied and and endless supply of beverages.
the buffets were very good. Tons of fresh fruit and vegetables with every meal as well as many other food choices.
loved the Mexican food choices.
too noisy.. loud music,sometimes all day long. we had to get up at 5:30 to get a beach chair far enough from the noise to be able to relax and enjoy the beach.
the two formal restaurants were just OK. nothing special.

The food buffets were decent for a 3 day stay however it could become limited for a 7 day stay. The a La cart Mexican and Italian restaurants are decent.

Lack of openness at a la cart restaurant, totally uninviting to LGBTQ people, after taking video of empty dinning room was invited in, I will not recommend this place and will do everything to stop people from LGBTQ+ to
come here, staff at restaurant made clear we are not wanted here.

cleaning of the room was impecable and the lady offering the small trips around the area was very nice
We had premium level stay and:
1. The Swimming pool for the adults was dirty. Not sure how the water for the pool is treated but my white bikini had greenish colour each time I went into the pool
2. Restaurants: 1) once we asked for a reservation on that night and when we arrived to the restaurant, the reservation we had was for the next night, 2) once they forgot about our order, we literally wait for 40 mins and had to remind the waiter; 3) during our last day I found a bottle cap on the sauce
3. Check in and check out services at the premium level were slower than normal level.
