Beautiful boutique hotel in a calmer area of Mazunte, not directly in the center of this cute hippie village. The staff is amazing, the Manager welcomed us so warmly. Everybody is so friendly and wants to make this time amazing for you. we have not experienced such hospitality in a lot of places. The terrace and lounge area is amazing, direct view on the beach. we have slept in a room to the street, but the area is rather quiet at night. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch, for dinner you find some cute places in walking distance (5 min). we recommend El Navegante!

Restaurant food was average. Be warned the ocean directly in front of the property is really rather dangerous for swimming.

Beautiful decoration of the rooms, very friendly and arranging staff, amazing location right on the stunning beach, quiet atmosphere and nice restaurant too in the hotel. Would definitely come again!

The hotel is wonderful. Beach is just right in front of the hotel... Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Well located in San Agustinillo. Quiet and peaceful. Above all, all the staff was very nice and helpful. Thanks Pablo for your constant kindness. And Andrea and all the staff in the kitchen: muchas gracias por todos, to have help us in catching the colectivo bus. ;-)

Our room was by the street so loud car sounds but used a sound machine to help.

we had a second story ocean view room that was spectacular. amazing views and breeze all day and night. the pool was nice as was the service. great beach steps from our door.

Location is superb!

Traffic noise was distracting and kept us awake at night... our room backed into the street!

Staff was so sweet and put in extra work to make our anniversary special

The location of the hotel was phenomenal! The proximity of the beach was amazing and the food was absolutely incredible. If the restaurant had been open for dinner, we would never have left! We loved that there is a pool and the beach so close, and there were always lots of beds and loungers available. The staff were incredibly friendly and we had everything we needed. I couldn't recommend staying here more.

Nothing - it was truly a perfect stay!

The property, staff, location and quality of service were exceptional. It was well-maintained on a constant basis. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I even extended my stay an additional day. If I did not have other obligations I would have stayed even longer!

It was all wonderful. I would have liked longer hours at the restaurant instead of closing late afternoon. Also more beverage choices.

Wonderful and peaceful place directly on the beach. We can highly recomend this beautiful little Boutique Hotel. One of the cutest places we have been. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We certainely will come back when in this area!

Good location, right by the beach and near restaurants. Staff were nice

We had rats moving noisily through the roof all night and rat excrement would fall from the roof and into the pillows every night (see photos). We talked to the staff about it and they were apologetic but did nothing. Also, the rooms with view to the street are extremely noisy at night give than the room has no proper windows, so you can hear all the trucks and cars passing by. Rooms are dark (poorly lit). Food at the restaurant is average and overpriced. We expected a lot more given the price of the rooms. We come often to San Agustinillo and will never be staying here again.
