Rachel and Brian are amazing hosts and have a wonderful home. My family spends a week together every summer. This was the perfect house for us. The location was perfect and the house exceeded all our expectations. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed for the meals we cooked there. The family room is super comfortable and the perfect place to watch a movie together. The bedrooms are nice sizes and the beds are very comfortable. The master bedroom is very large and has a great bathroom with a walk in shower. Our favorite space was out back. There is a heated built in pool and plenty of space to sit outside. We spent a lot of time outside. It was a perfect week.

This house was spacious and clean. We were able to each find our nooks to relax. The sons used the pool every day and we also enjoyed taking walks to local preserves and excursions to Fort Ticonderoga, Adirondack Winery, go-karts and minigolf. Definitely a win for pandemic times.

The house was immaculately clean and exactly as described in the listing. Everything from the heated pool, the work out room, the beautiful back patio, to the lovely interior decor; all fantastic! Our host, Rachel was gracious, helpful and available throughout our stay. The Lake George location exceeded my every expectation.

Great place, close to Lake George & Saratoga. All 4 the bedrooms were upstarts. Clean. All towels provided (bath, kitchen, hand & pool). Owner very responsive. Happy guests!!!

My brothers family and mine stayed in this home. We loved how clean the house was and that everything you needed was on site. The TVs in every bedroom were a huge hit for everyone and we loved having a heated pool whenever there was downtime! The house was close to great restaurants in Saratoga and Lake George. Close by activities we enjoyed were golfing, zip lining and ropes course, river tubing, movies and mini golf. The owner provided prompt responses to any questions we had. The 8 of us would highly recommend!

To say that we had an amazing vacation is not giving it enough credit. I am a clean freak and this house was impeccable and it had all the supplies you needed. The kids had a blast in the pool every day and there was plenty of seating to relax and enjoy. The property is nestled in a great neighborhood but perfectly located if you want to hit the lake (15 minutes away), shopping at the outlets and grocery store (10 minutes). Rachel was the perfect property manager and quickly replied to any questions. We travel with family every year for the past 14 years and this is definitely one of our top rental homes

Rachel was very responsive to any questions we had and also was super quick to fix a minor issue with the pool! Communication binder and notes were very helpful for our stay. Overall we had a wonderful time and are hopeful to book again next year!

The property was clean but there was room for improvement like fingerprints on sliding doors & dust on furniture surfaces. I was asked to sign a liability waiver that I didn’t feel was necessary & was told I could not rent the property without the signed waiver. This was not told to us until 3 weeks before our vacation . Had we known earlier we would not have rented this property . There was no shade or blinds in the bathroom window which faced the neighbors . But we did have a good time despite everything .

Wonderful house to spend family time here. We arrived to a clean and fully stocked house which was great because you didn't need to bring any essentials from home just pack your suitcase. The pool area was awesome had so much fun just hanging around the house with my family and making food in this large kitchen together. Neighborhood is beautiful. Rachel was great to deal with. She always answered us quickly. Thank you Rachel

Really enjoyed our week at Rachel's house. Beautiful house and pool. Everything very modern. Everything you could possibly need for cooking is there in the kitchen. We had the remnants of Isaias come through our week and it left the pool a little messy. When Rachel couldn't get her pool guy to clean it, she came over herself and did it. I have complete confidence would have fixed any issue we had very quickly.

The entire process was wonderful. House beautiful and fully equipped with more than we could have wanted. Rachel was delightful and very helpful with everything. Pool was a joy for kids and adults. Just an incredibly special vacation.

The location was awesome! Nice little neighborhood, quiet yet close to town.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Rachel was very easy to work with you and very responsive. She even checked on us after we experienced a storm. The pool was a perfect place to hang out each day with the kids and it was only a 10 minute drive to Lake George Beach. When we return to Lake George this would be our go to place ! I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Lake George.

We had a wonderful trip! The house was beautiful with plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids! The backyard is great with the nice heated pool and plenty of seating! Super convenient to have the grill in the yard and we used it most days! The location was with just a short ride to Great Escapes, and Lake George. It was pouring rain one day and there was a trampoline place a few minutes away and also a movie theater about 15 mins away. The owner was very responsive and even picked up when I accidentally face timed her from my pocket! :) We highly recommend this property!

Great VRBO experience, our family loved the pool especially!

We arrived on a Tuesday for Americade. We are a quiet group of professionals and wanted to be close enough to enjoy Americade, but far enough to have peace and quiet to rest at night. Upon our arrival, Rachel met us at the home and went over the particulars. She was very inviting and explained all pertinent information. She had even left complimentary smoothies for us in the freezer which was a nice touch. The home was clean as described and the stay was great. The pool is kept at a good temp and was worry free. The house has excellent air conditioning although we only needed it once. One really good thing that we normally don't find is that the wi-fi was superb and was testing at over 100mbps. Anyone that needs to stay plugged into the business world will have no issues here. The house came with Netflix and cable tv which was a plus. Overall it was a great stay, We would be happy to stay here again next year. The house is great for groups or families. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Owner is excellent to work with; prompt and helpful. House is clean and in great condition, as advertised. Some mattresses are a little lopsided, but good overall. Pool is clean and well maintained. Grill is functional, but doesn't heat the entire grill. In a great secluded neighborhood, close to Lake George. Saratoga racetrack is also close. Would definitely recommend.

What a beautiful vacation rental property! The house and grounds were immaculate. The owners obviously take pride in the presentation of this home and the amenities offered - perfect accommodations! The location was ideal for Lake George attractions. The pool was an added bonus for the grandkids (and adults too). Do not hesitate to make this home your vacation destination!

This property was beautiful , We rented in winter, walked to West Mountain ski resort , Winter carnival was a blast on Lake George. The village is so quaint in winter, Rented snowmobiles wow what a thrill. The house was the best part, w/ family and friends. just like photos. Million dollar home.
