Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal bemüht sich alles aktuell nachzufüllen. Die Lage ist gut, 10 Min. zum Naschmarkt, zur Staatsoper 20 Min.

In der Küche fehlen ein Reinigungsschwamm, sowie Spülmittel und ein Geschirrtuch.

Good location approx 30 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the main train station which we arrived at from the airport. It cost approx £11 for 2 people from the airport on the normal train. We used 1st class tickets. It took only minutes or less to the main station in Vienna. We took an Uber back approx 25 £ The apartments are dated but clean and comfortable. They're adequate, and location is approx 15 min stroll straight line to central Vienna. Will use it again.

Très bien situé, propre, fonctionnel, personnel très agréable, un peu cher mais chambres super. Petit déjeuner correcte. Lits très confortables.

Location and staff are great!

Buena ubicación cerca de la Opera, a 100m de parada de tranvía,súper sport a 80m.Hotel muy limpio,desayuno bastante completo. Las chicas de recepción muy amables y siempre dispuestas a dar información sobre la ciudad. Barrio tranquilo, en 15 minutos andando estás en pleno centro.

Por poner alguna pega los colchones eran un poco blandos y el agua caliente tardaba bastante en salir.

Das Bett hat geknarrt, Kissen und Bettdecke waren zu dünn, das Bad war sehr alt und abgenutzt, es gab zwei Handtücher, das Mobiliar schien mir noch aus den 70ern zu sein

Great location, big room, hot showers, comfy bed, useful kitchenette.

Street noise, not enough “home comforts” in the room eg only one pillow, no cushions, minimal cutlery, plates etc. Breakfast quite expensive for what it was.

Everything was OK!

My second stay at this hotel. I am very satisfied. Quite spacious and very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Pleasant staff, the reception is open 24 hours. I didn't take breakfast, but there is such an option. The bath has shampoo and soap, napkins, everything you need. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, cutlery, mini fridge. The location is perfect. All rooms are air conditioned, it is perfect for the summer time, because it is often very hot in Vienna :). To the railway station 15-20 minutes on foot, and if you take a scooter, which are everywhere, it's even faster. Transport stops nearby. To the Karlskirche 10 minutes on foot, from Karlskirche a couple more minutes to the Opera, and from the Opera you can go to the Hofburg, to the Parliament, to the Museums Quartal, to the Old town, in general, everything is close and within walking distance. At the same time, the prices for the rooms are absolutely affordable, and I noticed that it is more profitable to book not several weeks I. advance, but a couple of days in advance. I recommend it!

It's a bit old hotel, but it's clean, comfortable and inexpensive - that's the main thing!

Very convenient location. Close to the train station and the city center can be reached quickly (7 minutes to Opera) on foot or by subway. There are many cafes nearby, so you can skip breakfast. The room had its own kitchen with a kettle, microwave and refrigerator.

In a two-room suite, the bed was located away from the windows, but there was air conditioning. Breakfast at 18 euros is too expensive, so it's better to have breakfast in a nearby cafe. The cleaning lady starts cleaning at 7 am in the neighboring rooms so that it is clearly audible and interferes with sleep.

Friendly staff, excellent location, good breakfast, spacious room. In addition to tee and coffee facilities the room is equiped with a microwave some plates and basic cutlery and a kitchen sink.

Wifi was very weak in the room. Mattresses are rather uncomfortable and pillows are very soft and irregular. The tv is unusually small. I think with a bit of upgrade to these minor items I would rate the hotel 10.

I booked a room at this hotel very last minute and the price seemed to be fairly ok compared to the other hotels available at the time. The location of the hotel was good, fairly close to the U-Bahn. The room was actually more of an apartment, the bedroom, living room and bathroom were all good sized. Overall however, the apartment was quite large for the price I paid and was sufficient for one night.

The apartment was fairly outdated however and the windows didn't do a great job of keeping the street noise out. The double bed was a typical 2 single mattresses put together which can sometimes be unkomfortable and the TV was not working at all, displaying "no signal" constantly. The couch in the living room was extremely dirty and stained which was unpleasant.

I checked in late in the evening and there were cutlery in the room so I had ability to have a dinner with what I bought in a supermarket nearby. The bed was big and very comfortable. Had a good rest.

Room was comfortable and big enough, everything clean. Ensuite bathroom with bathtube, nice towels. Small kitchenette is also part of the room as well as a kettle and free coffee and tea, which was very useful after whole day out. Breakfast was very generous, wide choice of pastry, cheese and ham, also scrambled eggs and fruits. The location is also perfect, just one metro stop from the main railways station. Tram station is just few steps from the hotel, metro about 5 minutes.

Close to all kind of transport, grocery stores, cafés and really 900m from Opera). Nice clean room, a lot of electric sockets, we had small kitchenette with microwave oven and kettle.

Maybe a bit noisy if you live in a room with a street view, because of the trams.

The position was good, not perfect but considering the price point it was really good. Not really in the centre but close enough, we only used the metro to move to the airport and to the Schonbrunn, even though there's a station near by. The centre was a 15/20 mins walk(we are two able-bodied 25yo males), but we managed to organise the the movements as to have something in between. The area seemed safe. There was always someone at the reception, and we could leave our bags before and after check-in/out. The room was clean and well heated, with a small kitchen, comfy beds, and the bathroom had a bathtub and a nice window. We did not try the breakfast or any other service.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. Everything we experience was to the very least sufficient. Maybe i would not suggest it to people with reduced mobility or small children because it is not super central, but honestly we walked everywhere so we didn't get a chance to try the transports. The metro is really close and there's a bus stop in front of the hotel, which i'm not sure but i believe to be accessible to everyone.

The room was great, decent sized, with a full bath. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us some good meal suggestions. It was snowing while we were there, the bathroom had an openable sky light which was nice.

We were in the top floor, as the building has a sloped roof, it meant the shower and some parts of the room were obstructed.
