Huge pool to ourselves

The facilities were not well maintained.

Not value for the money i paid

Should be more choice of Food

Scenery, the location, staff

Lack of activities...can provide fish feeding activity, orchard walk..etc

The wooden lodge, comfy bed, the quietness and nature environment. Staff are friendly

1. Power tripped twice in one of the room, 2. Poor touch-up work around the bathtub(just covered with cements) 3. Safe deposit box is not working, and they said i can put the items at the counter, seems like they do not bother to fix. 4. The surrounding within the compound just looked old and not well-maintained. 5. No more buffet breakfast, only ala cart with limited selection. 6 spa is not available It was my fav resort in Malacca but the condition of the resort was really disappointed this time. It was still charged in premium rate, and you certainly can find other better 5-star options elsewhere

The room was nice esp the shower , it was really nice to have a bath with that shower. the breakfast was lousy very little choice. Didnt use the pool as I was there for just a day and had no time.

Maybe I was there at very low period as it was so quiet and nobody around, the bar was not operational we had to wait for someone to come and switch on the lights and aircon and then serve us. The rooms were nice but the outside needed more maintenance . It looked very old esp the steps leading to the rooms. When wet it would be very dangerous as its slippery.The staircase leading to the room upstairs is very dark perhaps installing lights there would be good.

Design and architecture different for other resort we stay, Good for kids got to know and explore.

1. Breakfast so2 only. 2. At pool area , I think more than 5 people falling coz of pool floor so slippery, damn...I also almost slip down.

Huge pool, nice ambience. Good for those love nature! They also have a mini petting zoo for kids to visit. Breakfast was okay, not bad.

This hotel is quite old. Room a bit smelly, since it was made from wooden. When the time we went there, not so many people. So it looks a bit creepy. Sadly, they don't maintaining the facilities very well.
