it was the worst hotel I ever stayed in ! dirty ,horrible,poor,not as pictured at all !!

Lift was non functional, mosquitos in room

Location is very good in center of hurgada.. Around the hotel everything you need and very close to all attractions Clean pools and food was very good Beach is sandy Room was very clean and comfortable They even send a fruit dish to the room which was a very cute gesture Loved it and definitely planning on going back next year

Everything was perfect. We had a room with great view on 4th floor. Food was preety good.

The first room we stayed it was so old (really old), the shower is a cubicle i couldn’t give a proper bath to the babies. Nothing to do with the photos when booking. So next day we speak in the reception to move to another room. The reception and manager Martina were fantastic. The room was spacious and the shower was huge.

Food was always the same. In pools very careful when you get out its really slippery.

The rooms were great. The staff went out of their way for us. The food variety was good. The beach was amazing.

The all inclusive soft drinks could be better quality.

Room had a huge stream of ants in it (see pictures) and they refused to change my room or offer me a partial refund. Food was not good. Some of the staff were lovely

Nice hotel and private beach. great new years evening celebration. food variety was good. Drink selection could be better. service and staff were exceptional

you could only get one key card per room (meant that if you left to get a drink you had to wake the kids or spouse to get back in). a lot of noise late in the evenings on the floor that we stayed.

the place is good - direct in the city and the staff is friendly and helpful, food 50/50

very dirty.. we were around 15 people there, all the rooms were a disaster. not talking about very vert old furniture - whatever. but was so dirty, dusty, the curtains full of something, dont even want to know what. the floor is not cleaned, was not able to walk without shoes at all in the room. the shower - full of mould, sink also. the shower door was not closing, and and at all the main view was bad.
