3 min walk to central station; clean , quiet, overlooking a canal/lake; helpfull staff (owner who allowed us to leave luggage late); correct value for price; small table and chair in family room( helpfull for a late snack when arriving late) . Really good if your aim is the overnight stay just outside the station
steep staircase (we knew before, but stairs remain steep), so quite difficult with heavy luggage (no lift, we also knew)

The staff was very friendly, always available when I needed something and helpful with extra requests. All interactions were relaxed but quickly done. I arrived earlier than anticipated and could immediately check in. The room was as advertised.
In the mornings it got quite warm in my single-bed room, but not so much that I needed to use the available fan.

Nothing, absolutely terrible. 0/10.
Reception closed at 9pm without offering any alternative to pick up keys, refused to check us in despite having paid already in full, leaving us stranded without anywhere to stay at 11pm. Never stayed but money taken. Avoid at all costs!

The owner is a very pleasant and helpful person, it's is literally less than 5 minutes away from Rotterdam central station, I would stay there again.

The host is so helpful and accommodating! They prepared my room a few hours before the check in time, the host shared some really good nearby places to have lunch, and just in general was very welcoming and kind! The room met my expectations, the location is great

This place is amazing, the location, the staff are so nice. I went to watch the Women’s Champions League final in Eindhoven and stayed in Rotterdam which is an amazing city. I was greeted by the nicest guy you could meet, the room was great. I loved it

It was exactly as advertised, the staff was really nice and the room comfy, the position is also really good and near the station.

There was a kettle but only 4 small sachets of coffee
The room I had booked turned out to be on the 4th floor with very steep stairs so I had to pay an extra €55 to get a room on the ground floor as there is NO LIFT and I have arthritic knees.
This new room was quite expensive considering it was small, with 2 very narrow beds. 4 very small and hard hand towels. I'd like to know how 2 people could have managed to dry themselves! And no breakfast either.

An excellent little guy hotel in the best location - by a leafy green canal a few minutes from Central Station.
Note for more elderly or less able: there is no lift and the stairs up to reception and the rooms above are steep and narrow. but there are strong handrails and the owner willingly carried my case up and down for me.

The room is very clean just like all the environment, the staff are friendly and the location is excellent due its proximity to Rotterdam Central station. Breakfast is opitional

Close to train station, relatively quiet. The room we got was pretty basic, but that was reflected in the price so can't really complain.

Very kind people, excellent breakfast, very good bed, the room was clean, watercooker and tea free available, hair dryer available
No private toilet, just a shared one, but that was clear in advance. No towel available in the shared toilet.

Ed as everybody wrote here is really precious and polite.
The steps are definitely not for the people with high blood pressure, pretty narrow and easy to fall off the steps.
