Great location with lots of activities. House very comfortable. The host Louise was very helpful . We had a great stay.

Honestly, what is there NOT to love about this property? Beautiful house, perfect for a large family! The views of the mountains are absolutely spectacular- the pictures really don’t do it much justice! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Great coffee facilities. The safety gate for the stairs in the house was such a welcome surprise as we had little ones and hadn’t even thought of this (even though the stairs are in the pictures 🙈). Loved the fact that there were a number of hiking trails from the property which were great for our toddlers and not-so-athletic guests. the property is also really close to Monks Cowl Nature Reserve. We enjoyed paddling on the many freely available canoes and enjoyed a dip in the sparkling clean pool! Awesome playground facilities for the kiddies too!

if you’re not a fan of monkeys… but as long as windows and doors were closed, and no rubbish left lying around outside, they’re really just a really minor nuisance. but then again if you don’t want to see monkeys, why bother going to the bush (lol).

Access to the whole house and the ability to cook own food. Access to best trails and golf. A Mecca for photography.

The location is amazing we have been to the area before. WiFi was great, cleaning services was good, facilities great for the kids. It was a comfortable stay. Well equipped. Loved the animals coming to visit.

Wasn't anything really just some dishes are chipped that need replacing and the loos look a little old that may need renewal. The double beds are a little small..

We didn't go out for breakfast because your property had everything we wanted & we arrived with our groceries.

So far everything is excellent, we didn't see any room for improvement.

Louise contacted me soon after I booked the accomodation and supplied all the information we needed about the house including things to do, restaurants and other information about the area, which was really helpful. The unit is beautifully maintained and equipped. We would definitely like to come back for a longer stay

Absolutely beautiful holiday cottages. Safe and relaxing. Perfect get away to the country side. The home was Absolutely Stunning, neat, modern finishes, fully furnished. There is a shop that sells all essentials, loved this. Very well maintained by the owners. This is now my favourite holiday family vacation destination at the Drakensburg. The home exceeded all of my expectations. I would give it a 10 star rating.

I loved everything about Mount Champaign.

Everything; Louise really has given attention to detail. Besides our food, there is nothing that we needed to bring. No 9 is storybook beautiful, well maintained with the most spectacular views of the mountain and lakeside. I would make this a traditional visit; Louise has been an amazing host…making sure that we have all the information needed to really enjoy our stay and explore central Drakensburg well. Thank you so much Louise. This was the perfect setting for us as a family to have celebrated my brother and his wife’s 39th wedding anniversary!

Issues about monkies going into the chalet, but there is nothing the owner could have done. may be a prior warning about monkies would have helped.

Awesome place, loved and enjoyed our stay. As a regular traveler, this place really ranks tops in my books in terms of comfort and value. The views and scenery are exceptional.

Wifi is slow and with all the rain it was rather muddy when we stepped outside. Better drainage and more paved paths would have helped.
