Easy to check in with lockbox and leave key in drop box
Parking very very right. Cleaning products used very highly scented constantly sneezing.

Kitchen machines different brands to ours.
Needed instructions for dishwasher, microwave and oven.
Smoke alarm "beeped" all first night. When we suggested they beep when battery low. Were told whey were hard wired and needed no battery. Fairly sure battery is a must in case of fire in switchboard. More towels required and a tea towel. Additional crockery a must at price charged. These items added up to a disappointing stay.

Location as I was visiting my son
The room had obviously water marks on the roof and floor. The first morning I had a shower and the handle came off and I was unable to finish my shower. I reported to the receptionist in the morning and was advised that it would be fixed. The next morning I was unable to shower. This was the morning I was leaving. I rang reception and only received a recorded message at 7.30am. I left a message but nothing. I returned the keys to reception and really no empathy for my circumstances. Basic requirement is for the shower to work as part of an apartment at price

Location was pretty central for what i needed it for. Was close to the train station & wasn't far off Burwood Rd. Very cute little thai cafe that was a nice short walk(150mtrs) for dinner. Beds were super comfy.
'Apartment' could have been a little more roomy...I was expecting something bigger but it ended up doing the job. No couch in the room. Pretty much have to sit on the bed or at a little 2 seater table which made it hard to watch tv.

The one bedroom apartment was excellent; modern, clean and full facilities. There was plenty of space and comfort. The key card access provided excellent security.
There is limited on-site/lockable parking and we were late to arrive (6pm) so missed out. It seems it is more freely available midweek. However, limited parking was advised in the advertisment and parking on the street was easily to obtain near the apartment and very accessible. There was also some traffic noise.

Location was excellent and close to cafes and public transport.
Undercover parking was available for an additional fee which we opted for during our five day stay. Unfortunately the parking spots were not reserved for your car, it was a toss of the coin scenario and we only managed to find one night of parking. I would suggest allocating each apartment with a parking spot for convenience.

The location is great and not far from shops, trams and trains. Easy access to the city. The rooms are well appointed and clean. We were a group of four and the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Staff friendly and warmly welcoming you. Not far from the train station or shops. The place was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable to sleep on

Everything was perfect it was clean comfortable and the staff were amazing.
Only down fall was the shower water pressure I personally like more pressure.

The studio apartment was well laid out, very clean and with heaps of storage. I arrived on a public holiday and received a phone call and a message with instructions on how to obtain my key after hours. I've tried other accommodation in the Camberwell / Glen Iris area and this was the best value and quality. I travel for work regularly and will try Camberwell Serviced Apartments first.

I booked this accom for relatives so they could stay close by to my place. location is good, close to camberwell shops (about 5-10 min walk). Well presented rooms. Good size kitchenette which was well equipped. Would book again.

Size of the apartment, availability of parking, cleanliness.
We arrived on December 27 and Melbourne temperature was 38 degC. The small ac unit in living room was not able to cool the apartment. We slept in living room because bedrooms had no air conditioning. In the following days, Melbourne temperature dropped so we did not face this issue again.
