The location was perfect! Multiple convenience stores down the street, plenty of restaurants nearby, a 5-8 minute walk to BIFF Square and the Lotte Mall, and close to train stations and bus stops. All-in-all, the location was perfect! The room was also the perfect size and spacious! The en-suite bathroom had a bathtub and a stand-alone shower. The bed was big and comfortable, the a/c worked perfectly, and the TV also worked and connected to Netflix. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is good, room comes with dining table. Can refill water bottles in the lobby, free coffee as well! The bed is super comfortable to sleep on as well!

Staff doesn't seem like they are fluent in English at all, so it was hard chatting with them as well. Didn't like the layout of the bathroom, toilet is right beside the shower heads.

I booked directly with the hotel for 2 days and was given a shady room in the corner. However, they rectified it thr very next day and gave me a room in the same category I paid for.

The staff couldn’t understand english well so he misled me about when to leave the hotel so as to get to the airport before the flight boarding time.

Room is spacious enough, we had an unexpected early check-in.

No big towels are provided, even though we did get bath robes and hand towels. The light in the room and bathroom is quite bad, not bright enough for doing Makeup.

The bed is comfortable. The room is spacious and clean. Walking distance to bus stop and subway station

The location is great, less than 10 minutes by foot from the subway. The hotel is on a hill, though, so prepared to push/pull your luggage. Staff are also super helpful. Even if they don't speak fluent English, they'll make sure you're helped.

This hotel does not provide bath towels, only small hand towels. Make sure to bring your own.

Was a great location close to Nampo metro Budan Tower, Biff Square etc. Plenty of options for food, drink and convenience shops around. Room was a good size and lot too noisey given the location.

The beds were very firm- not for everyone. On entering the room seemed well equipped however after the first night it was clear that it's not well maintained. The bath plug did not fit the bath so water just leaked out straight away, the overhead shower head was also not working - was asked reception and the response was just 'it's broken'. The toilet seat cover was also broken, the TV would not connect and just displayed 'no signal' and there was 1 plug between 2 of us for charging and it didn't work 50% of the time as the adaptor wouldn't slot in properly (not a problem we've had at the other 3 places we've stayed in South Korea) - this place could be a great value option but the need to smooth out the maintainence issues.

Great location, great staff, free coffee and filtered water downstairs, computers in the room if you need. Everything was clean, no problems at all, would come back again. In fact we extended our stay a day since we had to rearrange our plans to Jeju since the ferry was closed from Busan.

The bathroom doors didn't close fully so the children had some issues coordinating showers. Not a big deal at all.

great location but up a hill so if you have heavy bags get a taxi. rooms are large, plenty of space. quiet at night. Big bathrooms. nice staff. can get your laundry washed for 5,000 won. about 3 minutes walk from Nampo station.

The room had everything you need, the bed was comfortable and it was the perfect size. Lots of extras like biscuits, moisturiser and drinks. Great location next to Busan Tower, shops and restaurants

Location is very good. Within few minutes walking from Junggang and Nampo stations. The lady staff is very friendly. Lotion and skin toner are available. Tea and coffee are made available at the lobby. Luggage storage at the lobby before check-in and after check-out.

very dated rooms with hard beds. You also only get small towels which is super annoying.

it’s close to BIFF square, Jalgaichi market, and a few traditional markets. also close to two different subway stations. easy access to bus stops also. I could go to many different places easily. also the bathroom was nice. loved the ceramic warm floor in the room. it was really great after coming back from outside. also a lot of good restaurants nearby.

many taxi drivers don’t know the hotel. not an issue if you use Kakao T.

Even though the lady in the front desk didn’t speak English very well, she did everything she could for me and even solved my little problem. She took care of me very well! I really enjoyed my visit there and I’ll sure come back there!
