We wanted a place where could just “hang” for a couple of days and do nothing. There is a delightful little cafe where we could pop in and have a quiet coffee or drink. The pool under a canopy was beautiful and easy accessible. The restaurant provided a large choice of meals, the staff were all lovely. The room was quiet and well appointed. Not many people around do it was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Everything was good. Some mould in the shower cubicle is the only “negative” mention.

Pool nice, but water very cold. The beds are fantastic, long ago we slept as well. Friendly and helpful stuff.

Breakfast was ok, but not overwhelming, the choise is quite limited, no juice, but some water added color and artificial flavour. Some different bread, cold cuts, cheese would be appriciated. The hotel caters more for asian breakfast guests. The location of the restaurant has too much of a busy canteen, even though it is nicely decorated in a Scandinavian style. The lighting in the room (417) was elegant and nice, but in the bathroom absolutely insufficient to see something in the mirror while shaving. I had to do the shaving in the room. As one could suggest of a 4 star hotel there were slippers and bathing coats. One was ok, but the other one was so filled with hulls, that it was almost falling apart. On top of that the one strop to close the coat in front was missing. It is not understandable, that such a thing can happen. A coat like that should never been used again. Of the slippers one was dirty, and they quite obviously are being used again - not cleaned, but with a fresh paper around by the next guest. One pillow was not washed clean with spots of dirt on it, same for the sheet.

Problème d’évacuation d’eau de la douche; qualité des produits très médiocre au petit déjeuner, indigne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. J’ai mangé 2 fois au restaurant: horrible. Je ne suis pas difficile mais la c’était quasiment immangeable!!!

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. The car parking was good.

It was a little difficult to navigate the narrow alleyways getting into and out of the property. The bathroom lighting is not good. Too dark to shave my face. There was no light above the sink. Too many switches to operate the accent lights. The electric outlets were not working as well. The bathroom sink faucet was placed so far from the sink that you could barely was your hands without getting water all over the counter. I believe the architect/designer got carried away trying to design a fancy hotel without using any common sense. There was also a lingering smell of cigarettes before turning on the a/c. See the attached photo and you will understand.

Firstly, the hotel's location down a quiet alley provides a tranquil setting, far away from the hustle and bustle. The common areas are tastefully decorated with a vacation vibe, creating a pleasant and relaxing ambiance.

However, it's worth noting that the rooms and bathrooms are relatively small in size, which may be a slight downside for some guests. Additionally, as a couple staying together, we were provided with only one room key card, which proved to be a minor inconvenience when one of us needed to leave the room. Furthermore, I noticed that the room lacked toothbrushes and slippers, which would have been appreciated as basic amenities. It would enhance the overall guest experience if these items were provided.

Great staff clean and comfortable room in a quiet location. Special mention to staff member “Carrot”  who was especially helpful and made my stay more enjoyable.

I have no complaints with this property.
