We loved the service at the restauarants, the pristine pools and amenities. The food quality & variety was on-point! The cocktails at the lounge were amazing and the beds were amazing!

Everything about this hotel we loved. Staff amazing. Beautiful location. Stunning beach. Lots to do. Can’t wait to go back.

- Amazing Staff that go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. Special mentions go to Jorge Rios, our butler, who was outstanding, and to Jorge Ayala, FD Director, who turned a problem into an opportunity. - The grounds are breathtaking. The combination of jungle, canals, lagoons, PGA golf course and beach makes this a very special place. - The property is very nicely laid out. - COVID protocols are well managed.

- Heavy construction work throughout the entire beach area. We were grossly misrepresented about the extent of the work and its impact (through calls and on hotel's website). - The room initially assigned to us was directly in front of a section being heavily jack hammered. Jorge was able to move us to another room that was about an additional 50 feet removed. - At the beach we were shocked to realize the extent of the construction throughout the entire beach area having many effects: 1 Noise and debris pollution, 2 Transportation routes from beach area to main hotel area, 3. The hotel had to cram up some of the chaises and shades, 4. Extremely limited food and snacks selection at the beach bar, and 5. A constant parade of construction workers.
