Loved it, was everything we needed and great facilities. Knowing you have parking on the driveway means no worries for parking at all, ceiling fans in the rooms was a nice bonus and very needed after a hot day out. Beds are very comfortable and had a great nights sleep every night, kitchen is well fitted and the washing machine/tumble dryer is a huge bonus meaning we went home with clean and dry clothes in our suitcase. Very very clean on arrival and tea and biscuits supplied just what you need after a long drive :-) Would 100% return however we are going to give their new property a try next year which is in the same area

There wasn't many however it would benefit from better seating in the lounge, the sofa is hard sticky leather in the summer and the armchair isn't very supportive for a tall person like me, There were 4 of us and only really enough soft seating for 3 so one of us had to sit on a table chair , so at the very least needs another armchair. Some items are appearing dated though not quite end of life yet and could do with being replaced , BBQ is a bit rusty and the blinds in the rooms are very difficult to open properly, Boiler/water system is quite noisy after use (could just be trapped air).

I did like the location of the property and cleanliness.

The barbecue in the garage was in a very bad state and I was not able to use it The shower curtain has lost some rings and the curtain rail key coming down because one end of the curtain rail has lost its grip end There was always water on the floor after the bath is used (perhaps box show will be better in there) The key to the garden was not in the door when we arrived and it took us three days before realising it was part of bunch of keys that were collected from the key box on arrival A dinning chair was found later in the evening of arrival that it had a wobbly leg

Location was fine and property very good

Garden overgrown and it could have had some garden chairs to make it complete although the gardener came the morning I was leaving and he did a good job but too late for my stay.

Nice decor. Clean and tidy. Reasonably good kitchen provisions. Nice bedding. Nice carpets. Effort made with artwork. Some homely touches like ornaments or fake flowers. Good location, easy reach of everywhere. Good quick, customer service when I sent questions online. Off road parking.

Very basic uncomfortable mattresses and sofa was a sofa bed and not comfortable at all and the front door was hard to unlock and had cracks in it that you could see through, so the door didn't feel as secure as it could have. Not enough plugs by bed. Had to choose between charging phone or using bedside lamp.

Nice modern interior.

Very basic, no essentials, no washing up liquid, 1 toilet roll lol

It was perfect !.. so clean and they were always happy to accommodate our needs we had a girls relaxing weekend there and it was definitely that great vibe in the house would definitely recommend!..

Living room is comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Bedsheet is spotless clean. We enjoy our stay.

Basically, everything is fine and there is no big problem. The only comment is the flushing water is a bit weak in toilet.
