Sehr freundliches Personal. Bekam auf meinen Wunsch ein Zimmer, dass nicht an der Hauptstrasse liegt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht, Balkon, Fön, Duschmittel etc. Die Lage ist toll, gegenüber vom Bahnhof und mitten in der Stadt.

I was given a free upgrade to a superior room. The hotel is excellently located for Brig station without being noisy and is only a short walk up into the centre of the town.

The location is great and the female receptionist is very nice and helpful.

We were travelling everyday by train so the proximity of the station was first class.

The height of the shower tray in our room was far too high for myself and my 80 year old husband. There were no bars to hold on to to help us get in and out. Apart from that room was perfect.

Very convenient location near train station, but still quiet. Rooms are basic but spacious. Staff was friendly and assisted us with storing our bags before and after check-in/out. Decent breakfast.

Would have appreciated basic tea/coffee facilities in the room (e.g. kettle)

Location perfect for train and bus connections and only a few mins by foot from centre of town with restaurants and shops, several supermarkets nearby too. Breakfast was excellent, typical good quality Swiss fare. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has some old-fashioned features which add to the experience. Enjoyable stay and good value for money for Switzerland.

Excellent access to rail station

I really don't know what to think. Location is great, friendly staff, everything fine. Toilet on the hallway as was advertised for my room type. Great view on both stations, right in the middle of the center. Booking this property will be totally fine.

I just didn't get the right feeling, it was noisy (from inside, trains are not a problem for me), the door is very thin, everything is worn down and could use some paint and tlc. My key only worked with some motivation. It wasn't that cheap, so expected a bit more.

Very spacious, clean rooms, with beautiful view to the mountains. The hotel is very close to the train station, so you can explore the mountains by train easily. Our room was quiet, becasue the windows were facing the other side.

A kettle and/or microwave could have been convenient in the room.
