The staff are very courteous. They respond in friendly manner and definitely address issues of the customers. I frequently stay at this property atleast 5-8 nights in a month. Highly recommend the property to corporates to consider a value for money service apartments.

The internet at times isn't stable. Earlier the hot water provision was a problem where you need to let one bucket go waste before you get hot water - but the property did correct the issue.

It was a great property. Nice room, facilities and wonderful staff. I'm happy that Mr. Rawat and the staff made sure to make me food of my choice with the specifications I had. The location of the property was great too with easy accessibility. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it!

The facility was good. The rooms were as per the picture, could stay peacefully with family.

Cleanliness not upto the mark. The food needs a lot of improvement. The hotel management was very rude to me because i booked from booking.com

The host Mr Birendra Rawat is very friendly and courteous. Apart from few power cut related issues, the stay was absolute fantanstic.

Power cuts, although the hotel has generators, however, it was not having inverters, hence, sensitive equipment such as computer (without battery) kept crashing.
