Room was extremely spacious, location was great. Staff was super friendly and nice. Amazing value.

This booking was the perfect value for money and pleasant experience. Sascha and Mai, owner and his wife, are extremely hospitable and constantly communicated with us on our needs. The rooms are clean, the place is quiet but not secluded (it's in a residential area off the main road), a lot of food options nearby, and walking distance from Patong beach and the tourist area. Overall very glad that we decided to book with them.

the property was well-maintained for the price you pay. Good location, a few minute walk from the main street.
although we understand that his is a family’s hotel, the communication with the property’s owner was a bit strange, as he messaged us every day via whatsapp asking what we’re up to, and presumably “taking care of us”, which was unnecessary. We’ve also received a few messages with “kiss” emojis from him, which we found to be very unprofessional. We, of course, ignored it and then stopped responding to any messages, as it got super annoying. Looking at the property reviews we were surprised no one mentioned this, but turns out most of the reviews are from men.

Cannot fault this place. Sasha the host is amazing and went above and beyond throughout our stay to ensure everything was alright. We got a free upgrade to a family room on arrival, as well as help booking day trips and taxis at a discount price. He even offered us lifts to places and extending our stay last minute was no problem.
The hotel is in an ideal location in Patong, walking distance to shops and restaurants and still only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach/main strip, but on a quiet little street ensuring at night it's quiet and away from all the loud bars.
The room itself is spacious and the bed/pillows were really comfortable. There was a decent sized balcony and the shower also had hot water which isnt always a guarantee in Thailand.
Nothing - for the low price we paid its amazing value for money, couldn't recommend this place any more!

I can’t stress this enough, but the owners, Sascha and his wife are so kind and helpful. We felt like we were at home. They helped us for our activities, gave us advices, and were very accommodating. Also, the rooms were very clean, the hostel is well located (near the beach and the main street) and the staff is lovely. If you plan to stay at Patang, that’s the place to stay at!

Everything is excellent the owner and the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room is very clean and quiet. The access to the beach take 10 minutes walk. If I'll come again I will choose the same hotel.

owners are extremely friendly, Sasha dropped me at the bus station for free so I could go to my next destination. 15 min walk to Patong beach, I’m used to walk a lot so it wasn’t that bad. Thank you so much!!!

It's a bit outside the busy areas which makes it good for a relaxing stay after a busy night out. The beach is about 10 minutes walk, and all the busy areas are about the same distance. You can have your laundry done close by too. The owners are very nice people, that help you out any way they can.

Clean room and well cleaned every day, very good location, peaceful and at the same time a walking distance from Patong Beach and Bangla Road. Best price! I had the opportunity to spend some time with the family, who run the place, and they are lovely people. Miss you and hope to see you again.

The hotel is pristine, and rooms are very well maintained and super clean. We would highly recommend.
Sascha (the host) and his crew took great care of us.
We had the amazing Italian food prepared by Sascha (dont miss it), and it was better than some of the resturants back in Italy.
The daily tour, drop to airport - all arranged by Sascha was spot on.

The family hotel is just 10 mins walk to patong city with all restaurants, bars, clubs, beach, etc. Although its very central its located at a quiet neighbourhood and peaceful. The beds are soo comfortable. The room was clean. But most important is the great service! Sascha and his family do everything to make the stay as unproblematic and nice as possible. He helped us with booking the taxis to airport, he carried our luggage and let us leave it at the lobby after checkout until we drive back to the airport. We would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have a great time in phuket! Rooms are cleaned every day, you get 2 bottles of water and necessities for free, AC and fan work wonderful & you have a small balcony to hang wet bikinis and laundry. THANK YOU!!! GRAZIE
