We loved the facilities, having a pool with a bar nearby was perfect for lazy mornings. The staff there were always kind and courteous! Not to mention it was very tranquil. The room itself was nice, clean and spacious, and Miguel was very quick to respond to any quieres that we had. We would happily book here again in the future!

The location of the gardens is a little far from the city centre and the beaches, but that's hardly the fault of the owner nor a black mark against the actual room. It's definitely a place designed to go to with a car. That being said, if you don't mind walking, it's about 30 minutes from the city centre and can be quite pleasant once you pass the road directly leading to the gardens.

The location was great for me.... quiet, but a nice 20mins walk to centre .... as I went in April , it wasn't too busy .... the pool was lovely.... unfortunately the cafe/bar was still being refurbished , but wasn't a problem ... supermarket close by.... I loved area as more the traditional Portugal .... People very friendly and helpful .... my host helped me when issues arose, nothing was too much trouble .... can't wait to take my fiancé next time ..... Tanya..... Aberdeenshire

It's actually a nice cosy little flat. Bit out of the way, but good accommodation.

Wi-Fi was good. nice and warm. lots of hot water. nice pool. Miguel brought us the things we needed that were missing. easy check in.

no patio to sit outside. stove top was very confusing to use.

the rooms are basic but has everything you need in them, the grounds around are well maintained, the pool is nice and chilled.

can’t really say anything bad for what we paid.
