Good breakfast, nice comfy bed and room was very spacious.

Pool is a little small, I was there with another guest and we were busy avoiding each other. Bathroom bathtub was grubby I had to request a room service to scrub so I can use the spa tub but still somewhat grubby after the scrub.

The lack of an upgrade for my 50th birthday I am not a football club that spends a lot of money with your hotel but I am a very good customer spending 10K plus this year alone . I have another 3 years of this due to my son’s schooling in Melbourne. The $200 you saved by not upgrading me might of cost you 50 more stays . Sometimes trying to be clever / cheap to loyal customers backfires and old school values still work and have merit !,

Very quiet inside room, bed very comfortable.

Shower over spa was very high and a challenge to get in and out of so could be very difficult for those with mobility issues. Coffee machine didnt work, no smart tv.

Very clean and luxurious

No hot water late at night and Spa leaked water out.

The location is great.

I spent a night with my son and would have liked two double beds rather than two single beds in a very gloomy room, on third floor, but actually ground floor views. Decor was gloomy and dull. Room, however was spacious and couldn't understand why you couldn't put two bigger beds in there. i just would have liked a room higher up with a bit more aspect. Room 329 was very depressing.

The property was central to everything and the rooms were large and bright and a great price

Perhaps some of the hall carpets are ready for an upgrade
