There were mosquitos and had same breakfast for all 3 days I stayed . However the reception staff are helpful and ever smiling

very clean and comfy and close to restaurants, spas, 7 eleven and places to rent motorbikes

the staff was a bit meh not very accommodating

the Pool is the best feature. The rest of the hotel is below average.

The staff! Comments are all around the staff and seems like the owners don’t care about this bad feedback. Staff could be super rude sometimes (specially the kitchen lady) which is very annoying. This means that either the owner haven’t trained the staff enough and/or they are heavily under paid and/or they aren’t treated fairly to provide a good service. Please listen to the comments of people and DO SOMETHING

the pool

The room was spacious and had a lovely bathroom which had hot water. The included breakfast was nice and the staff there really friendly. Although we didn’t use it, the pool looked really clean and inviting. We liked that the property was out of the main bit of Patong, as it meant it was quieter. The property was still in walking distance of the beach.

We couldn’t get the TV to work in our room and the wifi didn’t reach our room either (we were on the 4th floor). The housekeepers did clean the room however did not give us new cups and glasses.

the main pool area was beautiful and also the cleaning ladies (rooms) were extremely nice and effective

rooms: when we first arrived, we were placed in a room on 4. floor. the receptionist gave us a way till secomd floor, where the elevator was going and then the remaining 2 floors had no elevator. not really great when you have your flight luggage with you. the room on 4th floor had shower lookimg as if it was taken from a prison, no balcony and the windows were in terrible state. we then upgraded the room and we got a nice shower finally, room on second floor so even elevator was there when going with luggge. the room however had the furniture really old, the tv remote from the 90s tv was missing. all in nall, the rooms really deserve recomstructing. breakfast: simply put-not worth the money. first weird thing is, if you want your breakfast, you need to go to reception, ask for a paper co firming that you have breakfast and then go to pick up the breakfast (why the list isnt printed in the first place?). the breakfast choice was extremely poor - you only could choose from scrambled eggs, fried eggs or omelette (2eggs used always). you did get a full plate, but nothing additional. 1 drink. no fruits, no additional. you have your one plate and thats it. cleanliness while the rooms were clean (not counting the windows that would need their 1-year-cleaning), the general area not that much. for at least 3 days in a row, same garbage was around the pool, from ciguaretted, lighter and a bottle. while i would slap the customers leaving those there, 3 days are far too long for the garbage to dtay in the main area. receptionist while i cannot say the receptionist would be anyhow rude, they just did their job and "not a single step further". example- the electricity went down, we went to ask about it; she said yea, the full block electricity is down and no idea when it will be back. i know its not their fault, but still would expect a simple sorry.

Very quiet. 15 min walk to beach and night life. Which we liked. Restaurants and bars just down the road

The pool was beautiful, and so refreshing in the heat! We stayed for 3 nights and it was great for the price with breakfast included. Toast and omelettes for vegetarians too. We spent most of our time by the pool after the beach. The rooms were spacious and very clean. No bugs or ants either. Air con was a life saver.

We didn't get free water once the rooms had been cleaned like you do with some other hotels. There were lots of loud noises around like building works but nothing too bad.

Very bad experience i stay there two nights they not give us housekeeping not clean room not change towels and also not give us water and coffie too, staff was rude
