The intimacy of the rooms

The fact that you either had to walk a good distance or you had to wait on a ride which wasn’t as available as they would make it seem.

- Gorgeous property - Staff is friendly and helpful - Rooms are beautiful and spacious - Pools are clean and aesthetic - Property is well maintained - Very good food (a la carte restaurants were the best)

Communication with the butler was a little off. Nothing dramatic, but one morning breakfast that we didn't order came at 6:30am. The second day we got two breakfasts an hour apart. Canceled a cart pick up, but it came anyway. Small things like that.

The property was absolutely stunning! Beautiful & offered many bars & restaurants!

The only minor issues I had with the property was check-in & housekeeping. As far as check in, the lady told me that I had a balance to pay which I had paid online 5+ days prior to my trip. I showed her my booking email confirmation & she insisted that I show her that the money had been withdrawn from my bank account (it should never have to get to this point) but of course I showed her. Thankfully, the manager came out & ensured me that I will be able to go ahead & check in to my room & enjoy my stay. Also, the lady receptionist told me that my room wasn’t ready yet but she would send me an email or find me at the restaurant I was going to have lunch at when my room is ready, she didn’t do either. She also told me at check in that she would make dinner reservations for me that evening, my butler told me that there was no reservations made for me & she kindly did the booking for me. As far as housekeeping, there’s a button in the room for you to press. Before I headed out to enjoy breakfast, I pressed the button… toured more of the property and had a few drinks at the pool bar. I assumed that maybe after 2-3 hours later I would come back to my room being serviced but it still wasn’t.

The breakfast was good . The location was nice and private. The staff was very nice and payed attention to detail and the guests needs. The diners were very good and the restaurants were beautiful. The grounds and pool area was clean and well kept. Overall a very good experience

The meal our first night at Helios was sub par with not much flavour. The room was adequate but it had a musty smell. The room also had a broken tub and we had issues with the safe and the fridge wasn’t working on arrival. These issues got fixed but for a five star resort a better inspection of the room should be done before the guests enter the room. We went to the Colonial sports bar food and service Terrible and staff overall not friendly.

Amazing food with a variety of cuisines, daily seaside breakfast with an amazing sunrise from infinity pool. The hospitality from the all the staff specially our butlers Rogelio and Roberto added to our pleasant stay. The room and the property were super luxurious. There were so many daily activity to experience and places to visit within the resort. Plenty of bali beds at the beautiful TRS beach. Romantic dinner at the beach will be a core memory to us. Easy to find golf carts to take you wherever u want go. Very private and romantic except the infinity pool which is curated for party lovers. Basically we can find everything based on our mood.

To nitpick: The beach at the infinity pool is rocky. But there is a good beach 5 min away. There could be more flowery plants.

The property is gorgeous, massive and well maintained. great food options

Service could be better especially by the pool. it’s quite annoying to have to wait very long for your drink or then keep going to get it yourself
