Small European rooms

Location is superb, staff so very professional and aims to please. Lobby has good ambiance. Rooms though somewhat small yet cleanliness of hotel beats all odds

To say something: room service needs learn to make Cappucino and Expresso as both are offered by its italian names

Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful and during a medical emergency was fast and alter to make sure medical attention was given .

Breakfast is so poor especially for five stars hotel and rooms are so small and even the size overcrowded with furniture which is making smaller

Hotel is really good! Staff very kind and so supportive.

We came with a dog and it turned that hotel is not exactly "pets allowed". Pets are allowed only in the rooms, at every other step it is not allowed.

The hotel is a place we stay at frequently. The smoothness of the service, the professionalism and friendliness, the sheer quality of the hotel are what keep us coming back. Additionally, the location just can't be beaten.

Located in a very convenient and safe area of Madrid, walking distance from the city center. The staff was just great, very attentive and helpful. Cleaning personnel was doing an amazing job as well. We also really enjoyed the red level lounge with complimentary food and drinks throughout the day.

The only one thing was that the room was much smaller than expected, it was written here in the booking that it is 50 m2, and in fact it was just a normal size room with a terrace and hot tub. But we were offered to switch to a bigger room free of charge, which we thought was a very nice gesture from the hotel.
