Very clean, well-equipped apartment; helpful staff to solve any mishaps; location close to subway and grocery stores; very quiet area

Great location, with a clean, spacious and well appointed apartment with a terrace. Super friendly welcome and suggestions for visits. Only 5 min walk to the metro, straight into town centre.

Only a caution, the venue is on a one way street, if driving be prepared and pay attention to the street numbers and don't pass it, it is difficult to reverse! Super effort and assistance though from our host Valentina to get us back and into to the parking even with other traffic, thank you!

The apartment was spotless, and well maintained. Valentina was very welcoming and gave us plenty info about Barcelona and how to travel.

The climb up the hill from the metro station was a bit inconvenient after a day of walking the city.

The apartment is lovely and clean and (as we had the downstairs apartment) the garden was a real bonus. Valentina could not have been more helpful - she came to give us the keys and explain all in the apartment & what to do while in Barcelona (gave us a great map) etc and helped us to get some essential shopping for the first evening (as around 18.30 before we met up; it is tricky to park the car on the property so not ideal to have to move it again). Being able to leave the car at the property is the biggest bonus of staying here. Valentina provided us with a couple of kitchen items we needed to be able to prepare a simple meal as there was nothing in the apartment except some sugar and salt.

The area is very hilly. Their are 2 metros nearby - the closest really being 7-8 minutes walk downhill (so a serious uphill at the end of a busy day which was tough - we were there 4 nights and ended up taking taxis the last 2 evenings). The apartment is well thought out, one of the bedrooms is extremely small & has no space at all beyond the bed/small bedside cupboard.

The location is an absolute gem, 2 metro stations 10 minute relaxed walking distance. Nice patio, free parking came as a bonus. The host is doing great job welcoming the guest with flexibility and hospitality to accommodate guests' needs.

WiFi was not 100% working during the time of our stay. Not really a minus, since the parking came as a free bonus on top of the offer, however be prepared for some precision driving when parking your car, it will be a HUGE problem to park a lower sporty car as well.

We came by car, and she had private parking for us. The apartment is lovely, removed from the busyness of city life. Valentine was very helpful in telling us about the Metro and things to do.

It’s on a hill and up one flight. I had bad knees so that was hard, but worth it.

Lots of room, clean, everything we needed, wonderful balcony, very quiet.

Parking a little difficult but appreciated having Parking in Barcelona.

Self catering so no breakfast, I should have made more enquiries about the suitability for a disabled person, I did mention this when booking and was informed that there was one step this was true as there was one step down into the apartment there was also two steps down into the garden and three steps down from the street at the gate. The apartment is located on a very steep street. The area is good, very near Tibidabo which is an excellent place to visit. 10 minute walk to Lidl, pharmacies,hospitals etc. Valentine is an excellent host and is very helpful The area is good

It is always disappointing when going to self catering accommodation for a short stay only to find that there are no consumables at at all so you have to go shopping to buy basics that you hardly use and leave it all behind, it would be far better to be offered a welcome pack

We drove from France and chose an apartment with parking some way outside the city. The apartment is first rate, including an outdoor garden area. Our host greeted us immediately and was extremely helpful. Public transport to and from the city is easy and cheap with a city pass.

As seniors, we found the hill outside the apartment a bit steep but not a huge problem. Also, a minor comment re not being able to reach breakfast bowls on a high shelf in the kitchen cupboard.

Spacious apartment with a lovely little garden, close to two metro stations and with free (if a bit hair-raising to get in and out) parking a huge bonus, as we stayed two nights on our way back home. The early check in of 12.00 is a bonus as it meant we could get some sightseeing done on the day of our arrival. The owner is very helpful, has maps and will take you through where to get the metro and what you can see such as the musical fountains, the view from Tibodabo etc.

In the summer heat, the second bedroom is very hot, although there were fans.

Access to own shady garden enclosure making use of the cooler parts of the day. Lots of windows that opened wide to get some air movement.

we stayed for 5 days in a period of record high temperatures without climatic control making it hard to sleep. On the plus side there were heaters for the winter. The record high temps made it an uncomfortable walk to the tube in the morning. In the evening broke the walk by having food in one of two restarants before attempting the up hill walk.

This tibidabo apartment is tidy and very clean and is part of an excellent detached house, full of plants and well renovated. Its location is ideal for an unforgettable stay in Barcelona in the summer. Fresh air from mount tibidabo helps withstand the heat. Barcelona is a city noisy for the "movida", the people are always laughing, clapping and singing in the roads also during the night. But this apartment is far away from city noise. And eight minutes walk away from Barcelona Metro station.(bus stop Is nearer) The host, Valentina was extremely kind and welcoming and helped us a lot with her suggestions. For example how to make a good coffee with her bialetti like coffee maker on the induction stove.

Everything was good. The host is very helpful. Gave good tips about the city and helped to find some baby stuff from the market. Location I s also cool. On the hill, bit tricky for the fist timers but then got used to it.

Valentina met us at the gate when we arrived at the apartment and was extremely kind and welcoming. She allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment, even though we had arrived well before the scheduled check in time. The apartment was exceptionally clean and overall very comfortable. The private terrace was was also very lovely. It is also an excellent location as you are able to walk/hike from the apartment to access many beautiful trails in the foothills nearby. We very much enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The host Valentina was friendly and share the information about Barcelona.

Really cute apartment, had all the facilities we needed & a good sized balcony- not to mention how comfortable the bed was!

Doesn’t have an oven, just a microwave & extractor fan didn’t seem to work/ there didn’t seem to be a switch for it but wasn’t much of an issue as the balcony doors provided enough ventilation when cooking
