Très belle hôtel, proche de la plage de Rawai ( proche mais pas directement sur la plage, d’ailleurs il n’y a pas de plage, c’est plus un port) 2 piscines sympa !

Wie so oft in Thailand musste ich den Ablauf in der Dusche selber reinigen damit das Wasser abläuft.. Ab 9.00 morgens stören die Funkgeräte der Mitarbeiter sehr. Vor allem wenn man bisschen länger schlafen will

Läget var bra och man hade nära med moppe till allt! Grab var lätt att boka om man inte ville hyra egen moppe. Personalen var hur trevliga som helst och hjälpte oss med allt! De kunde till och med plocka och dela ut mangos till alla på boendet, vilket var en så fin gest! Frukosten var bra och det fanns restauranger i närheten. Själva hotellet i sig var jättefint och rent, poolen fantastisk och innergården också! Vi är väldigt nöjda!

Déçu! Pas d’état des lieux avant de prendre position du bungalow. Au moment du départ on nous facture un peignoir de bain manquant. Nous protestons mais en vain on doit payer même après avoir déballé nos bagages. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Accueil réception Des locataires dans la piscine jusqu’à 23h alors qu la piscine ferme à 21h. Pas de respect de l’autre

L'hôtel est très sympa, attention cependant à l'emplacement de votre chambre. Celles sur la route sont à éviter. Sinon c'est calme, propre, les piscines sont très bien.

Attention, en fin de séjour, nous avons eu une panne d'électricité. Nous n'avons pas été trop impactés car c'était pour nous le moment du départ, mais les autres ? Pas terrible la chambre sans climatisation

Magnifique cadre au calme, hôtel bien situé près des restaurants, magasins, bureaux de change, jetée. Essuie de piscine, bouilloire, coffre fort, frigo et claquettes à disposition. Personnel sympathique. On y retournera :-) Merci

Die Zimmmer waren groß und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Pools sehr schön und auch gut gepflegt. Viele Restaurants und 7/11 in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cet hôtel est une vraie déception. Le seul point positif est son emplacement : proche de la plage et des commerces. Le personnel d’accueil était tout simplement pas compétent. Par où commencer ? En plus de ne pas vouloir parler en anglais, elles étaient à la limite d’être moqueuses. Elles n’étaient pas capables de nous renseigner sur quoi que ce soit…. Évidement, l’amabilité n’était pas au rendez-vous. Nous avions reçu un mail nous informant que le taxi depuis l’aéroport était gratuit mais arrivé au comptoir, elles nous ont réclamé 1000 bath…Le bouquet final ? Nous avions confirmé à 4 reprises notre taxi retour à 5h du matin mais il se trouve que celui ci n’avait pas été commandé mais il était payé d’avance…. La propreté laisse également à désirer… les parties communes étaient tout simplement sales et en bazard. Nous avions du papier toilette, des poubelles et des draps stockés devant notre chambre. Le bungalow au bord de la piscine est vraiment chouette et pratique avec des enfants. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top, au milieu de la végétation. Super point de chute en arrivant de l’avion pour se remettre du décalage horaire et de la chaleur.

Pas de petit déjeuner, il faut aller au resto juste à côté, où le cadre n’est pas terrible. On recommande le Nikita’s, un bar resto au bord de la mer bcp plus agréable !

The room was comfortable and very clean, it was cleaned everyday. The pools are also very clean and lovely to sit beside. Good location for Rawai, close to shops and restaurants and numerous scooter rental places. It was also very quiet.

We booked a superior double room and were given a standard twin. The hotel did ‘convert’ the twin into a double by removing the bedside table but we were still sleeping on separate beds. It also wasn’t the superior room - we were the last room next to the staff operational sections and our balcony didn’t have a pool view in reality, it was the standard but apparently the hotel were fully booked and we couldn’t be moved and we didn’t get any refund for the change, but did get given breakfast vouchers.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the towels thick and soft. The room was cleaned every day, which was nice, but the housekeeper did not replace the toiletries which would have been helpful as I stayed for 5 nights. There are two pools at the hotel, but one is in shade most of the day so a bit cold to swim or sit by the pool. The other pool was much nicer but the beds always had towels on them, even though no one was using them. Looks like guests were "reserving" the sun beds for the day, and only using them for a bit of the time, which was a shame as I didn't get to spend any time at this pool. A pity as it was nice with lots of greenery, plants around, and a water feature/waterfall which looked inviting, but alas, didn't get to enjoy it.

The hotel staff were a bit chaotic, when I arrived, it was around midnight and all I needed was the key to my room and to get into bed. They took a long time to check me in. I was staying 5 nights, and they told me that after two nights, they were going to move me to another room. Which was not acceptable at all, that meant I would have to unpack, pack, and unpack again. As it was over Christmas, I had some nice clothes for dinners and visits I had planned, and I wanted to unpack and get all my nice things out and ready, aired and fresh, not keep everything in my suitace, which is most inconvenient. I asked them the reason for that and they couldn't answer, they just said it wasn't their fault. It was a very poor answer, no explanation, so I told them that I absolutely did not want to move rooms half-way through my stay. They said they would do their best. The bellboy then took me to my room, he was a very sullen sort of man. We got to my room, he unlocked the door and walked straight out. Never said a word to me. As he didn't bother showing me how anything worked, and I couldn't get the air con to work, I had to go all the way back to the reception to ask for help. What was the point of the bellboy taking me to my room? They could have just given me the key and I could have taken myself there by myself. Very rude and strange behaviour. While I was there I asked for help with booking taxis and trips, but they were asking for a lot of money for both. I used their taxi only once, to take me to Phuket old town, but after that I used Grab. I also booked trips and activities on my own, directly with the venues/trips, as they were adding $1000 BHAT on top of the price. For example an elephant sanctuary I wanted to visit, they asked me for 3,800 BHAT. I contacted the sanctuary myself and the price was 2,700 BHAT, so I booked directly with the sanctuary, which included pick up and drop off and a full half-day spent at the sanctuary.

Almost nothing

The receptionist were not nice. There was a noise in the room all the time and it was difficult to sleep (and I usually sleep very well even with noise). The location is very bad, the beach in the front was not nice and it was very far from everything. There isn’t a lot of buses, so finally we had to take taxi to go to all the places. The worst thing were the mosquitos. Even if I utilised spray for mosquitos I have different bites and they are very itchy.

Great location very close to great restaurants for easy walking everywhere.

Receptionist called Wikki. Gives Thai women a bad name. I know some very nice Thai women and Thai people in general are very friendly. If you visit this place, have a nice stay, just avoid this woman

Good location for a short walk to the Rawai Seafood Market. Pretty garden and pool. Reasonable price.

The facilities are aging and require totally repair.
