a great property on the beach in Hastings Pde, a good size apartment with everything that you needed for a short term stay.

Location was perfect. Really loved having access to the beach and not needing our car for our whole stay.

Unit was a little dated & needed some reno's. for the amount of money we spent for 2 nights stay I thought we would be in a very flash hotel. It wasnt so. The bathroom was very modern. But the furnishings and tiles through out could do with an upgrade. Also no lift to the apartment was hard work for us. We have a small child and getting all our luggage to the room was alot of work.

The location was good as it is right on Hastings St and also the beach. The bed was quite comfortable. Shower had good pressure. Apartment is very nicely decorated.

We didn’t like the price as we didn’t get value for money. We had the unit right on Hastings St and it was noisy. We were woken by a loud sound like gates opening before 6am some mornings. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, but the saucepans provided don’t work with an indication cooktop which was very frustrating because we couldn’t even boil an egg if we’d wanted to. There were no condiments like salt or pepper and not even a box of tissues.

sandcastles is well positioned at the end of Hastings Street. the pool/spa/bbq area is excellent. the beds are comfy, kitchen equipment comprehensive, and the balcony is great.

there are no lifts, and the car park is very tight. the accommodation is expensive given trees block out any view of the beach

I didn’t like the stairs but it didn’t spoil my holiday.

Location was great! Right in Hastings Street where you can just stroll to your favourite cafe or restaurant. Our room was really well set up and couches were super comfy! And the outlook over the gardens from our room was beautiful and so relaxing. The pool was fabulous too.

Wasn't really anything we didn't like... would only suggest some more bathroom products, some bathroom gel or something would be great. We were there for five days and the two little bars of soap weren't really enough... but it wasn't really that much if an issue.

Location, pools, right on hasting st but down the quiet end. The two bedroom apartment with Park view that we stayed in was awesome. Great size and very family friendly. The pools were great for families and the little toddler pool was just perfect. The temp of the pools were good to. The beach is right at the back door and very easy to get to. The beach is made for families and suits young families especially. Highly recommend staying here
