Het personeel was zeker hulpvaardig. De kamers waren ruim en in orde, met grote bedden.

Het ontbijt was helaas niet goed georganiseerd. Te weinig beschikbaar: van sommige opties waren er slechts enkele porties beschikbaar, terwijl het hotel wist dat er veel volk aanwezig was. De kamers zijn iet zo goed geluidswerend, waardoor je de tv van naast gelegen kamers kon horen alsof hij op staat in je eigen kamer.

Good value for the price! I was able to book transportation from Montego Bay airport with the hotel for me and my adult son; along with our 3 checked bags, personal items and carryon for $60.00 U.S. I needed a stop over hotel just to be able to unpack our suitcases for my 10 siblings. The hotel had everything we needed to be comfortable. I am glad that there was mesh on their windows, air conditioning, good wifi, fridge and a microwave. Everything worked beautifully. The staff were friendly, helpful, personable and accommodating. We ate dinner at Soldiers Restaurant which was within a 5-minute walking distance from the hotel. We has a very simple breakfast the next morning at the hotel before being picked up by family. Moving forward, Pineapple Court will be my newly stop over place to stay in Ochie. A great big thank you to all of the staff at Pineapple Court for working so hard in the heat to make our stay a success!🤗

If I had to say what I didn't like is the fact that there isn't an elevator. This can be difficult when you have medical issues and are carrying heavy suitcases up and down stairs. However, it was good value for the price.

The breakfast was delicious .The room was comfortable and clean. The staff friendly. The atmosphere relaxing and quiet. The pool was warm and relaxing. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The hotel is child friendly there is a small playground with a swing and slide.

This was my third visit and discount is only offerred for 7 days and over.

The location of the hotel is in walking distance to shope etc. Air conditioning, a fridge, WiFi are perfect additions in terms of value for money. The food provided for breakfast seemed to be based on local tastes, and when I asked for alternatives, they were provided.

The hotel is in need of modernisation. The breakfast arrangement was a little odd in that I was expecting buffet style, not the somewhat "controlled" setting where you were not free to select the amount wanted. The portions were small! Full English and continental breakfast choices will be more appealing to overseas guests. Lastly, please introduce buffet style and allow guests to take what they want.

Ms Brown the receptionist was so helpful and nice to us ❤️ The room and bathroom was well kept, the staff that we had and encounter with was lovely. Breakfast was amazing 💯. The overall experience was great and I would definitely book another vacation here 💯❤️

I liked the fact that the room was clean and breakfast was provided religiously every morning and they had options. The chef even made me something from scratch which was even suggested by him. The staff was amazing, courteous and helpful. It was a peaceful and quiet environment, very relaxing.

I didn't like the fact that the bathroom was so small and we had to phone 3 mornings during our stay for the water to be turned back on . The pool also needed to be cleaned, we wanted to swim but didn't get to.
