Room size with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Large refrigerator with sink. The location is amazing.

Firstly it's not a resort but a nice hotel. I don't know why they refer as resort. Secondly there are no Vegetarian options in the breakfast. Indian menu is a nightmare. They should check some YouTube and learn how to cook. The tour desk is very costly and highly recommended to book from outside. Pool is ok.

Location was right opposite the beach. We booked a room with a pool on the balcony, it was very sunny and nice. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help.

The Charm was an OK stay with the standard amenities. For a small hotel it was comfortable

2 living areas was nice. Very roomy good table area ans kitchen facilities.

Spa pool was very dirty and not usable. Shower head did not work properly.

Everything looks nice on The First View but the Hotel Building has seen better Days. If you look close its not Always nice like on the pictures. i had almost no water pressure in my shower, you only have a few bad quality tv channels, no smart tv, no option to log into your netflix. a lot of things on the building and in the rooms are just poorly build, worn off or broken. the sauna was broken, half of the gym interior was not working or broken. the wood floor in the gym was rotting away and smelled really bad. that's all things i paid money for and couldnt use properly. that's why i'm not really happy with the hotel. would't recommend & wouldn't come back. the price-performance ratio is no longer correct here beacuse of the condition of the building and the facility. the staff & the rooftop pool were still amazing.

The roof top bar food and service was amazing. Our duplex room had great air conditioning and a massive comfy bed, 2 balconies and the jacuzzi bath was great

Told we had been upgraded but we got the room we paid for? no robes provided. room a little basic pool a lot smaller than in the photos and when you looked over the edge it was filthy and all pool needs a good deep clean including the overflow room cleaning was poor - had to ask for pool towels, shampoo was poor quality

Very clean, near to beach, great pool, and staff. Only slight down side was away from Bangla rd, and balcony drainage was a bit awkward making u worried of going over balcony. But excellent overall

the pool water was going green so I wouldn’t swim in it and the drinks are sooo expensive it’s hardly worth using if it was clean ? No atmosphere up there probably as it was expensive and green ! great view but unusable

Chaotic service and cleaning of the breakfast tables. Poor selection of meals, same menu every day. Cleaning is superficial and late, often after 4pm. Once a cockroach on the floor. The prices of drinks and meals in the hotel are overrated and expensive, the quality is bad. I do not recommend. Friendly staff. Management solves problems only when you write a negative review on the Internet. A bit of a strange approach. Overall - an average hotel for an overnight stay.

Nice place, not far from the beach. Perfect for people who love beach fun. Very pleasant staff, the rooftop pool is very nice. The food at the restaurant is not so expensive and with a good quality.

The sauna was broken and I really needed a moment's rest. The hotel had been chosen especially for that. The safe was not working. Except these little things, everything was ok.

I booked 2 room for 5 nights, and price was expensive. I asked for connection rooms long time prior to my stay. however they give me rooms next to each other in 1 floor which is close to street noise. Not to mention the air condition is of the balcony, and he cannot use the balcony because of the noise of the air condition. the furniture is very old and the hotel is four buildings next to each other and each building has door open to public and anyone can go inside without permission. breakfast is exactly the same for five nights and no Halal food is provided for Muslim.

Buffet breakfast was outstanding. Nice rooftop pool and workout center.

Comfortable bed and close to the quieter north side of Patong Beach.

Rooms weren't cleaned until late afternoon/early evening (if they were cleared at all. Had to request twice to get my room refreshed. Seems like they do not have enough staff as the poor cleaner told me it was only him that was available to clean 20 rooms in my section of the hotel).

All the times liked all: location, hotel, rooms, service, kindness all staff, breakfast buffet.

The location is quite strategic. near to the beach and also stores.

The room is less privacy as the room is facing to the road and the room lock seem unsecured. Don’t feel too safe about the lock door.

Found there was confusion at our arrival about how many rooms and amount of people for breakfast- 2 per room. I had to provide my paperwork. Please look at our paid costs and provide any refunds.
