Location - we were going to watch a Liverpool game, the hotel was a couple of minutes away from Anfield and ideal to get to and from the game. Room - it was a nice size, the beds were comfortable and everyone had a good night's sleep Staff - very friendly and helpful

There was nothing about the hotel that I didn't like, it was ideal for our stay.

Anfield is just up the road rooms very clean and comfortable food very good and reasonably priced staff are more than willing to make our stay enjoyable ideal place to stay for a match day city centre was 5 / 10 minutes by taxi bus stop 50 yards up the road highly recommended 10 /10

great staff gem of a pub/ restaurant plenty of staff behind bar for the busy football days. All round top place security guy made us a bacon butty and coffees to go as we were away early

The room, staff and food was lovely and conveniently located for a short walk to see the mighty reds. The bar is full of LFC fans on match day and buzzing after a game.

For me the pillows where a bit hard and the towels where to small. I was lucky and had a room with extra beds which come with extra towels. I would stay here again but would take the mentioned.

A great place to stay when watching a home game. The atmosphere prior to and after the game was great (we won 2:0). On a bus route that takes you into town for £2:30. Daytime taxi from town £10, Uber at night £15.

No breakfast (even cereal & toast with a coffee/tea would be nice).

All staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room and facilities available were of a very high stander.

good location if the purpose is to see a game at Anfield. nice restaurant in the hotel and close proximity to public transportation

issues with the heating system and the shower, where we had to change room. our room was at the 2nd floor with no lifts - a problem if u carry a suitcase. quite far from the city center (20min via bus on normal hours)

Fire alarm went off at 8am in the morning due to a guest smoking in their room. Seemed like nobody knew how to switch it off. So it was blaring for nearly 30 minutes. Wouldn't be too bad, but we were out in the pubs until 4am. So 4 hours sleep was not enough. Only had 1 fob/key between 3 people

Nice place, clean, tidy. Lovely food and lovely staff (especially the beautiful blonde with a german accent maybe) 1st trip to liverpool and I will back and stay here.
