Very nice. Some plumbing problems need fixed. One tub could not be used because of plumbing problems that were noted by previous renters. The kitchen faucets need repaired or replaced. Very loose and unreliable. Other than that it was quite acceptable and comfortable.

Great location! Rooms were a good size and balcony was roomy with great views. Definitely will look into staying here again!

Everything about this rental was amazing! Excellent location, so much space, large rooms.. this place has it all! We had 6 adults and 4 teens and so much room to either have space or gather together. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. Nice and close to the beach. Some of the bedrooms could use a fresh coat of paint and the kitchen sink could use a new faucet. Overall a nice place and we would stay here again

Nice condo. Needs more glasses in the kitchen. The adult bedding needs to move to the rooms with the bathrooms.

Loved that the condo was all on one floor, plenty of space and very close to the beach since we had little ones staying with us. Also close to many amenities.

The ad gives the impression that there are 3 master bedrooms, each with its own bath. Not true. The master had one. The 2 queen rooms did not. One of the tubs off the hallway only had a spray shower head. The 2 smaller rooms each had their own bath. Many of the light bulbs were not able to be used in the unit, as they were out. There was no lighting on the deck. Wrap around is a loose description of the deck. It wraps around, but no room for chairs on one side. For over 5K for the week, I will not be back.

Seems to be right between other condos that has all teens and young adults staying. Not a good environment if sleep matters.

This large condo was great for our girls weekend! The location is amazing. The property could use a little paint retouching, a good clean, a couple new mattresses, and some hooks on the backs of the bedroom and bathroom doors, but we had a great stay and really are grateful to have found this property!

Great location and great listing. HVAC needs to be repaired, but wasn’t a huge disadvantage for our trip.

Three moms and four teenagers meet in O.C. for a reunion weekend of fun & relaxation. The physical space of the rental property was terrific; great layout, enough bedrooms and baths, open kitchen/living room concept. However, the entire condo needed a facelift; paint was chipping, walls were dirty, carpet was old and stained, windows and blinds were BROKEN, there was a bloody mass in a toilet that was paper-sealed, the coverlets on the beds were stained and some were ripped to name a few complaints. We would never rent here again. It was very disappointing.

I want to say that we really enjoyed ourselves The condo was beautiful and right by the water. Extra spacious. I loved the open space of the living room. We danced the night away lol. The house truly accommodated all of us. So let’s go over the pro’s Steps from the beach Very spacious Equipped with pots and pans 3 rooms with a full bathroom 2 rooms with a bathroom right outside the room Patio was nice. Wrapped around the house Beds were extra comfy Living room not overly crowded with furniture which was a plus Love the island kitchen Great dining room space Near grocery stores Near water park and amusement park I love the the fact that in the master bedroom and the living you can sit in the window seal. House has WiFi. Parking garage 3 parking passes Con’s The TV’s in the kids room need to be replaced with more modern tv’s they are small with built in VCR’s we couldn’t get them to work. One of the tv’s power button is missing. You have to turn it on by remote. The kids had laptops so they connected to the WiFi. They need bigger pans or sautée pans the ones they have are small or you may want to bring your own. One of the pans was damaged so we didn’t use. We made due. Honesty despite the tv I still give it 5 stars. It’s a beautiful home in a great location. Just bring your laptop or tablet for the two kids rooms. Please note you have to bring your own linen towels, sheets, wash cloths, and pillow cases. We will definitely book with them again! Two small thing isn’t enough for me to take away from this home I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location. The 5 bedrooms worked out perfect for our family and living space, kitchen and dining area completely open for everyone to hang out together. Could DEFINATELY been a bit cleaner. And more furniture in family room for sitting. But was nice and big and would rent again.

The unit was well suited for a girls getaway. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths so everyone had their own space, yet the open living, dining, and kitchen area was large enough for us to gather together for meals, happy hour and games. The condo could use some updating and TLC. Hopefully in the off-season the owners will take care of painting and sprucing up the unit

We had a wonderful time because we were with family. However for the price of the condo I was very disappointed. It was very dirty. All of the bedrooms except for the master bedroom were very beat up . They looked like they have not been painted in years. The furniture was sketchy in all of the bedrooms. Old and dirty and not sturdy! The ancient TV in the pink room was a joke. And the pots and pans in the “well equipped kitchen we’re basically not usable. With a little bit of money and elbow grease that place could be pristine and I would actually rebook and recommend to friends. But not in the shape it’s in now.

This property is huge and so much more beautiful in person.

A nice quiet get-away for the family and a couple of friends. Checking was easy (stop by an office 5 mins away to get the instructions and parking passes), nice floor plan (single level large apartment). The location is great as it is away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The apartment is due for a few upgrades (dining room furniture, master bathroom fans, front door needs a door stopper, as the wall is beat up, the blinds are a poor fit in most rooms and don’t open in some). The kitchen needs a few touches - the pots are very old and scratched up, the cutting board (if you can it that) was on its last breath (we ended up buying a new one and leaving it there), need better knives. Most disappointing is that there are no emergency keys for the bedroom doors. Usually you find one above the door - we check all doors and there were none. The lock is not easy, so you can’t just use anything. We travelled with kids so you have to be able to open the door in an emergency. We ended up buying a thin flat screwdriver and leaving it in the kitchen. Cleaning also lacks a bit - the toilets a d floors seemed clean, but there’s a thick layer of dust on the bathroom lights and all the artificial plants in the kitchen and living room. In the end, we feel that with just a few touches the place could easily earn 5 stars.

The renting process was smooth and flawless. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!!

Huge!!!! Condo. Great large Space kitchen, dining room, and living room was ample space for the entire family to gather and hangout. Bedroom were spaced great down the hallway. Will not disappoint.
