I appreciate that the host is very accommodating and responsive. The place also has wifi, hair dryer, and slippers. It's home away from home. We are also able to cook food and wash our clothes. I'm happy that there's a grocery store and a mini mart situated in the same building. It's convenient so we don't have go to the mall to buy our essentials. Love it.

It's near the garbage room; the corridor sometimes can get a bit smelly. But overall, we love the place.

The unit has everything you need. It feels like home.

apartment 1250b has great views, has 1 very comfy bed, i think a queen or could be king sized, plus a big sofa bed in the lounge, big enough for 2, with a good sized TV, and is perfect for couples who want large views of the surrounding areas, has complete privacy, peace and quiet, and a home away from home where you have the option to cook your own meals, complete with a stove top and a spacious fridge, and a lovely hot shower, with plenty of cupboards to store things in. One can also book a dip in their pool for a small fee, but we opted not to, as it wasn’t a hot pool, and too cold for my liking, but i’m sure it’s perfect for warmer days, and it is great that the pool is being cleaned daily. The property manager is very warm, and responsive with attending to our queries and need for assistance with anything concerning our stay. We sure would love to book this apartment again in the future as it is very close to Mall of Asia, Robinsons, SM Manila, local attractions, public transport, BDO bank, ATM, all day breakfast, laundromat and restaurants. it is also near PICC and CCP, as well as Star City Pasay, Max’s Fried chicken, Mang Inasal, and Jollibee within a 20 minute walk on either side of this huge apartment complex. There are also plenty of lifts, with clear maps to the fire exit, plenty of smoke alarms, fire hose, and sprinklers, lockers too, plenty of security guards, a lovely doorman, and Alfamart if you fancy a quick breakfast or meal without the fuss of going out or cooking, and for any grocery items that you need, including bottled water by the gallon or small bottles. they also have a spa, salon and massage place downstairs. The place has everything you’d need when in Manila.

as it is Manila, there will always be small roaches, so keep it clean and no food left out. You can always spray the apartment with insecticide or have someone do it professionally while out and about.

It was clean,quiet ,well equipped. Like being at home really ..hairdryer refrigerator tv. Cable all needed for the stay..

The occasional noises from corridors early morning.??? And the advertising photos were different from photos on booking.com..
