The location right next to the beach of a small bay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is renovated. The park in front of the hotel. Quiet. Excellent for families.

Втора поредна година почиваме в хотела с моето семейство и приятелски семейства. Локацията на хотела е това, което винаги ни харесва

За съжаление тази година (2024) престоя беше разочароващ. Климиатиците в стаите не работеха, канализацията запушена, а на някой стаи дори тавана в банята течеше. Храната в ресторанта беше изключително лоша и еднотипна, наблягаха на кюфтета и наденички и гарнитури ориз, царевица и боб. Нямаше готвено или морска храна (1-2 пъти имаше скумрия). От плодовете имаше разнообразие, НО ако успееш да се вредиш - диня и пъпеш свършваха бързо, и не винаги изкарваха/зареждаха още сле дкато свърши. Лед нямаше често за напитките от Бар-а

I very much enjoyed the location. That was my top first priority and from this point of view it was perfect. The sea view was more than perfect from the room as well as from the restaurant. My daughter enjoyed the people that were in charge of kids entertainment and she absolutely loved the Mini Disco. The people were nice and helpful. The fact that we didn't had a shop that can distract children with toys was also a plus. The food was good, not as sofisticated as in the hotel next to Marina (Palace Hotel that has 5 stars) but ok.

Improvements can be made in some places, for example, in the place where the children's activities took place, there was a place where all the cardboard boxes were stored. In some places, the hotel was shabby on the outside and the pool area a little unkempt (old umbrellas made of rusty metal), but everything was compensated by the location. In the bar part it was not ventilated at all and in the evening it was very hot and smelled slightly unpleasant of alcohol. And also in the bar part, in the evening they could play some music. Out of the 7 nights I stayed in the hotel, only one night they put the music on a speaker and one night there was live music.

The beach, The staff, program for kids, food was ok/medium, rooms were clean, beer was ok.

Snack bar was so so bad.

The elevators are very small and old

Excellent location, room was spacious, beds are comfortable, kid's animation is a great opportunity, food was good

Bad maintenance of property- broken tiles everywhere, swimming pool is full with sand, no showers on the beach and beside the swimming pool, air conditioner was impaired and not properly working, room was very hot. Tables and dishware in restaurant not clean.
