Ontbijt was lekker en boven verwachting

Kussens die we in de kamer getroffen hebben waren niet schoon en rokte niet fris. Gelukkig volgende dag konden we andere nieuwe krijgen. De kamer geur had ook een minpunt,...namelijk die was een sterk muffe geur.

Мне понравилось расположение отеля на тихой улице. Рядом ресторан и массажный салон. Чистый номер. Есть небольшая видеотека фильмов на TV, я посмотрела 2 фильма на английском языке. Много вешалок для одежды, есть шлепанцы и сумка для пляжа, есть зонт. Бассейн был доступен в поздние вечерние часы.

Всё было ОК. Немного жарко в лобби, работал кажется только фен, а не кондиционер.

Sulla posizione niente da dire se vi piace Patong è super centrale e resta abbastanza silenziosa! Il resto non ci siamo!

È moooolto vecchia, non tenuta bene e ci sono cattivi odori ovunque! Il bagno ha un problema enorme, il vetro della doccia è montato dal lato opposto al soffione e si bagna tutto! Ci sono due piscine interne dove arriva poco sole ed essendo tra i palazzi l’eco delle persone è al massimo!

Everything was nice!

Room was very good - good size, comfy bed, everything worked, shower was very good. Housekeeping also reliable and excellent. Staff on reception and at Restaurant very friendly & the Omelettes & Waffles (when available) superb.

Even though the room was very good, there was no bedside light, which is a bit odd. Some of the communication from Front Office staff was a bit limited and/or confusing (especially, for me, re changing to a "breakfast included" plan). The main pool was a little "narrow" (so, eg, only two people could do laps at any one time). The hot food in the Bain Marie section was a bit up & down (although, to be fair, I have found this with most of the resorts I have stayed at in Phuket).

Could not relax in our room as there were no English speaking movies on their TV network.

A lot has changed since we were last here in 2018. The location we feel is still good. A great restaurant next-door. Would we come back to Thailand....For sure...Would we stay at Lavintage...Not sure....

Because it was raining abit here, we stayed in our room longer than normal. The tv had no English speaking movies or shows, they were all dubbed, nor could you change the subtitles. Very frustrating.

Deposite THB2000 cash is too much, even though it will be returned at checkout, while the price of the room is about THB 1300/night…

They are asking deposit and it's not mentioned before booking room. It's not good practice.

friendly staff always

showers didn’t have hot water. At full pressure maybe lucky to get warm on some occasions. when reported to reception they always advised that an engineer would look at it…(however, never did) tee had two rooms and both the same issue.

The hotel is in a excellent location

The room with balcony and a good view. I found that the Wifi was bad, complained to them. They brought a router to my room. The problem was solved. The staff is nice and tried to help me. There is a good restaurant around the corner.

Also, take note that there is no soundproofing between rooms. My earplugs did not help me when my neighbors were talking. The direct way to the beach is narrow and between buildings. There is bad smell there.

Great location, 2 swimming pools, friendly helpful staff, driver dropped me off to the wrong hotel but LA vintage picked me up free of charge.

The lifts were faulty, bathroom a bit old and only warm water.

-the air conditioner is right above the bed and is very noisy. -the balcony is not closed from the neighbors and it looks like a shared terrace. -the set of coffee and tea in the room is limited to one portion
