A four star hotel but the staff makes it a FIVE STAR . Great experience especially if you are visiting the country for the first time.All front staff are English literate so was very helpful. All staff were very accommodate, attentive and EXTREMELY helpful! They assisted every aspect of the trip from SIM card help, food recommendations, ride service set up and of course genuine helpfulness. Basically resolved every issue we encountered. Shout out to Ms My Hotel Manager AND all the outstanding friendly staff. Wish them all well and I will definitely stay here again.

Unglaublich zuvorkommendes Personal, Early Check In war problemlos möglich sowie ein Late Check-Out aufgrund von Krankheit. Sehr großes und gemütliches Bett, sehr schönes Bad , genauso wie auf den Bildern. Frühstück sehr lecker und mit ausreichend Auswahl. Gleicht dem europäischen Standard. Sehr zu empfehlen! Das Spa und die Massage dort waren auch sehr gut! Lage sehr gut, mitten im Old Quarter, viele Shops und Cafés sowie Restaurants in Laufnähe.

The room had no real window. It wasnt a big deal, and in Hanoi most of the hotels are the same.

The hotel is very clean and our room was well equipped. The room was on the smaller side but what we expect in a city centre. Unfortunately on the second day of our holiday my wife badly injured her knee whilst out on a trip. The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful, assisting us with taxis to the hospital and ice. Throughout our stay (and our entire holiday in Vietnam) the staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there for advice and recommendations. Particular thanks to Hanh on Reception who was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel had a good location where it has a good proximity to many tourists attractions such as Hoan Kiem lake, Nigh marker etc. and the staffs were really friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious too! Breakfast was included and was decent.

Amazing staff and very convenient location. technically we stayed here twice. first, upon arrival at two am from noi bai airport. we stayed overnight prior to our excursion to sapa and halong. second, when we stayed four days after ourvout of town excursion. they allowed us to do an early check in at 10am. the hotel booked all our halong and ninh binh trip. it came out cheaper than if we booked it ourselves. the hotel rooms were clean decent and very comfortable. wifi signal was strong and fast. elevator was very efficient as it only served two rooms per floor made us feel that the elevator was solely dedicated to us.

Hotel is situated within 5 mins walk to Nigh Market and Hoan Kiem lake. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever met. The room was amazing with a super comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was generous with plenty of hot water. We also enjoyed the great variety of the buffet breakfast. Overall we rate this 5/5

Warm greeting, staff all very attentive to our needs and extremely polite and courteous at all times. Hotel is presented beautifully.Views are fantastic, bathroom is divine, beds are comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful time at the Lheritage hotel and highly recommend it.

Had a pleasant stay during my first trip to Hanoi, served by very friendly and helpful staff .Room is clean and tidy after every house keeping! Highly recommend this place as it is walking distance to many popular eateries!

Fantastic stay! Impeccable service, comfortable rooms, and will definitely return. Great location - near touristy areas with a short walk so not as noisy for sleep at night. Jame and My were extremely helpful too - they helped to contact our transport operators when we had difficulty communicating and contacting them on WhatsApp.

Very polite and helpful staff who was very welcoming the moment we entered the hotel. My and Huong were especially kind and helped us contact the local driver due to language barrier. Hotel rooms are clean with good heater, good water pressure and clean sheets. Very convenient location as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location with an absolutely lovely crew of people working there. We were in and out of Hanoi in Feb 2024 and spent a total of 4 nights at the Hanoi Lheritage , in 2 different rooms, all nice. Would definitely go back. Thanks and love to Ms. My and Jame..

We Stayed here in Feb 2024 for 4 nights. Once again this hotel did not disappoint. The staff are lovely Miss Hanh and Huong on reception do a great job in looking after you. All tours, transport etc can be done here nothing is too much trouble. Good breakfast choices using fresh ingredients. This is the hotel we always come back too when in Old Quarter.

Great location. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is great and you can find something for vegetarians also. The staff is friendly and helpful too. All in all we had a pleasant experience.

The location is excellent, the beds are very comfy and the staff are even better. They are friendly and welcoming and if you need any help booking trips, finding the best spot for a coffee shop or anything else they are always on hand to help. We actually booked to stay here a second time when we returned back to Hanoi after being away in anther trip.

We had a very enjoyable 2 nights stay in this very centrally located hotel. The staff were always very helpful, the bedrooms very comfortable and quiet, breakfast was very adequate. It was a great experience to be in Old Quarter Hanoi for the Lunar New Year celebrations .I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stay at Hanoi Lheritage in Jan 2024. The rooms were lovely and the sky bar was a nice break from the streets and business. The breakfast was great quality. The staff was very helpful and professional, especially Martin. He went above expectations as arrived a day earlier than I was meant to and sorted me out. He also helped me with accessing information about stores and sending me addresses for the places I needed to buy appliances to send back home as well as the post offices available for shipping. Thank you for your hospitality and hiring of such great and helpful staff, a great user experience!!

This hotel feels like home. The staff were so accommodating and made us feel incredibly welcome. Our family of 5 spent 3 nights here. The rooms were superb and the effort the Lheritage team went to for my husband’s birthday on the day we arrived was so special. We would like to make a special mention to James,My,Huong... who all left a special impression on us. All the staff were so warm and friendly .We hope to come back and stay at this beautiful hotel again. Happy New Year to you all.

Beautiful staff, clean rooms and great service! The breakfast was amazing and all staff made sure that we were all happy and cared for. My dads birthday! They provided a beautiful cake and decorated the room for them! Very sweet!

An outstanding hotel located in the city centre of Hanoi, very close to night market. The rooms look tidy and the staff is very friendly and doing their best to make you feel home. We also arranged a tour (cruise stay) to Ha Long Bay via the Lheritage Hotel, which was well arranged and the guidance was excellent. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options ranging from pancakes, waffles, sushi, tiramisu, omelet, croissants to tropical fruit. The hotel management has helped us to have a late check-out and even surprised us with a gift before our departure, which was very kind of them. We can definitely recommend Hotel for a pleasant stay in busy Hanoi.

Attentive Service - welcoming lobby and reception - clean large well appointed rooms - comfortable beds/linen - hot water shower with good pressure - excellent breakfast buffet with hot entree options - made to order omelets - good coffee (and I’m a snob) - enjoyable massage in the Spa (really a snob). Ms. My (pronounced Me) - was our Concierge - and arranged airport transfers - Ha Long Bay, City Tour, Private Bat Trang Pottery tour - massage - restaurant recommendations. Every request fulfilled with a smile and constant communication. I’ve traveled the World and Ms. My was “spot on”…everything was on time and perfect.
