Tout était parfait du personnel de réception,de ménage et au personnel du petit déjeuner qui ont été génial,vu magnifique depuis la terrasse et la salle du petit déjeuner avec un petit déjeuner royal,je recommande fortement

Hotel was so nice and clean, rooms were really nice. We loved the rooftop pool and breakfast was nice. Location was also really good and we booked our ha long bay tour with Haley at reception and it was amazing! Haley was also great in helping me with some passport issues which helped to put my mind at ease. Definitely recommend!

The location was excellent with mini marts, pharmacies and cafes close by. The breakfast was good with a nice clean pool

Vriendelijk personeel die met alles wilt helpen. Kamer was ruim genoeg (paon suite)

Gym viell erg tegen. Kamer had een keukentje, maar helaas geen magnetron. Zwembad was ok.

Hotel was in a very good location, close to the Old Town and City. Staff were kind and friendly especially Tom...he upgraded our room to the Delux.

Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable en famille à cet hôtel. Ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, c'est le personnel. Leur gentillesse et leur accueil chaleureux ont été remarquables. Toujours prêts à nous aider et à répondre à nos besoins, ils ont vraiment fait la différence. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable et confortable. De plus, un service supplémentaire de massages était disponible, ce qui a ajouté une touche de détente et de bien-être à notre séjour en famille. Nous reviendrons surement à cet hôtel !

La ubicación es perfecta en pleno Old Quarter. Las camas son muy cómodas, está todo súper limpio y el personal es muy agradable y atento. El desayuno es variado y está muy bien.

Photos did not reflect the hotel. The hotel is old and not maintained. Small and old. Most items in the gym were broken. Rooms were small and did not look like pictures.

The swimming pool iron bars are very dangerous on both sides, it's almost falling off. It's also only for one person as it is not that wide, strange size.

L’emplacement était vraiment idéal. Tout était à proximité et pouvait se faire à pieds. La petit déjeuner était également somptueux. Il y avait plusieurs choses différentes et tout était vraiment excellent. La vue depuis la dernier étage est magnifique et permet d’admirer les couchers de soleil.

Le soir, la piscine n’est pas éclairée et donc cela rend un peu sombre. Il fait assez chaud dans l’espace fitness et piscine car c’est à moitié fermé mais cela n’est pas très embêtant et la piscine permet de bien se rafraîchir :)

Le personnel est adorable et disponible ! Mention spéciale au personnel du petit déjeuner qui est vraiment au petit soin ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et bon L'hôtel est très bien situé Les chambres sont confortables et propres. L'offre de spa est génial, le massage était fabuleux!

Personnels super sympa, pro, et tellement gentils et souriants. Accès à la piscine, PDJ inclus vu sur la ville Spa et massage dans l’hôtel super bien Douche proposée avant l’avion très agréable Proche du lac mais calme malgré l’effervescence de la ville

This was our last night in Hanoi and this hotel did not disappoint! The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great. Pool was nice and clean, great size to cool off. The views from the roof were spectacular during the day and night. As our flight was early the next day, the staff allowed us to head to the restaurant earlier. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and delicious.

酒店职员非常友好热情。因为房间的吹风机坏了，询问后2分钟就拿个备用的吹风机到房间。

泳池和早餐在11楼和12楼，电梯🛗只能到10楼，对于脚不好的老人，应该无法享受这些设施了。

Sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal, Zimmer haben eine schöne Größe. Herrlicher Blick von den oberen Stockwerken auf das Old Quarter, wo man wirklich mittendrin ist. Üppiges Frühstück mit vielen Varianten.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt häufig etwas abgenutzt. Restaurant nur morgens zum Frühstück nutzbar, das Gym hat leider kaum funktionierende Geräte.

Perfect location for the busy old quarters, staff were always super friendly and bed was really comfy!

Shower took a long time to heat up and hair dryer was broken so asked for a replacement in room.

Thé location. The service, especially Alice, Hayley and Kevin who were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb! Good fast lift.

No rooftop bar as advertised on website. Heated pool would have been nice.

Great location walking distance to bars and food. Had room with balcony whch was great to watch the life of Hanoi pass by.
