Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem ist es sauber und schön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool Zugang und das war wirklich toll, da die Kinder jede freie Minute im Pool verbringen konnten.

Das Frühstück ist nicht gut. Die Restaurants für thailändische Verhältnisse überteuert.

Excelente quarto com áreas enormes, excelente pequeno almoço e localizado na melhor praia em que estivemos.

The size of the rooms are above average. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were above and beyond. The little things worked so well e.g. a buggy services from room to any part of the hotel

they either need to 2nd bar or the pool bar needs to open a little later

That is backed onto the local community village

cleanliness was an issue, the evening entertainment was only for the kids club and it was a 20 minute taxi into town.

The location

We paid for a pool access room and due to poor maintenance, the pool was full of algae for almost a week and we were unable to use therefore should only have to pay for a standard room. I have since asked for a partial refund and am waiting for a response which I hope will be actioned as soon as possible. We have stayed here before and will never stay here again.
