The location is excellent and the staff are really helpful.

There is no Airconditioning or fan in the bedroom so it got very hot during the night. The Airconditioning in the rest of the room worked well but it sprayed dirt everywhere and the floor was black in the morning.

It is very central, the place had all the facilities I expected. The receptionists were very helpful and informative.

I had expected it to be cleaner / less dusty. And the manager hammered on my door before 10 oclock in the morning and told me to open. (My checkout was 11). I wasnt dressed so it took me 30 seconds, but by then he had alteady locked himself in, and told me with a loud voice to leave. He had mistaken what floor he was on so he was at the wrong place. Its not OK at all that you just walk in like that with a rude tone.

Staff was incredible and did everything they can to help, Atwan especially!

But the place smelled like smoke and needs some work done. Tiles are broken, room keys are difficult, and more.

Hotel needs a facelift

Arrived at reception desk 20 minutes before 2pm. My wife desperately needed the toilet. We were told no toilet available.Only toilets are in the rooms and room would only be ready in 20 minutes. What does the person in reception do if they need the toilet Very disappointed.

I didn’t eat the breakfast here. The location is very good! Near food, shopping, and public transportation. It was very convenient.

I expected that the sofa would open to a bed. I reserved the room for myself and my 21 year old son. The sofa was comfortable to sleep on. I did not like that it was hard to find linen to put on the sofa. I felt that bedding should have been ready for us as I said I took a room specifically for the sofa. When I asked for extra linen, the concierge said there wasn’t any, but he looked and found some for us. It all worked out fine.

The location is great and if you are on the back side of the hotel there's no street noise at all. Ahmad at reception was great and helped me resolve an issue with the tv quickly. The suites have a butcherblock high table that I like.

Not sure why there was no housekeeping Sunday morning.

The location was great and the first person at reception was helpful and welcoming but not the staff I dealt with after that. The location was excellent and the bed was comfy. I liked that it had coffee, tea and a hairdryer.

Was very bad way for communication! The member of staf treateted me like a thift and insulted me . I do not recomand from nobody. They are like terorism wthout respect and considerations. I

No breakfast

The place needs a complete refit. Downhill since last visit Broken mirror on landing. Wallpaper off some of the walls, rusty kettle, Safe and second TV not fixed despite asking Very tired property in excellent location

The service was excellent, we felt like home!

Antwan and the rest of the rotating staff were nice and so accommodating, we were so very pleased with their willingness to help us! The ease of adding a few extra dates to our stay was very helpful and relieved the stress of having to find another place in Jerusalem. The central location was also perfect, and the breakfast on Shabbat morning at the neighboring hotel was EXCELLENT! We will definitely be coming to Hillel 11 Hotel again!

The ONLY thing I wish was a bit better was the kitchenette area. With having to eat kosher, it would have been nice to have a small cooking area for Shabbat. Not a deal breaker, but would be good.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past. The staff is friendly and very helpful and the location is second to none, with easy access to almost anywhere. More importantly the rates are very affordable.

No complaints.

The best hotel in Jerusalem, very frendly stuff, 10 min. to walk to Damaskus or Jaffa gate/old town of Jerusalem. Clean room, bathroom, shower. Breakfast was good, but in another hotel 3 minutes walk away.
