The location is great. close to the beach The staffs were friendly and helpful. Love the shower gel as well.

Great location, short walk to Kata Beach. Clean rooms. They provide a beach mat. Pool is small but clean.

The shower was difficult, both of terms of inconsistent water pressure (and usually quite low regardless) and managing the temperature with the two knobs.

The room was great. Clean. The air conditioning worked fantastic. They even had sandals to take to the beach and beach towels for us as well. The pool was nice and I really have no complaints about the hotel at all except for the WIFI.

The wifi is unsecured! Like... what!? A quick check of their router you could see that all the connections were full, because everyone at the hotel, nearby or any passerby can just log into the wifi! No password or anything. Who does that? That makes the wifi ABSOLUTELY unusable. Working from home? Nomad worker? Forget this place, check it off your list. If you don't need internet, its fantastic. But we all need internet these days so I had to give it a bad mark for this. There is a work-around though, you can pull the ethernet cable out of the repeater that is behind the TV and plug yourself directly into the network and then you have highspeed internet that wont kick you off every 20 seconds. Without doing that, it's unusable and not safe.

Location was excellent. Staff friendly. Room was a good size with a balcony.

I get it. It would be a nightmare to keep a property clean on the beach and it's hot here. Overall they do an awesomely good job. I expect to see/feel a little sand; Hair, on the other hand is unacceptable. When we checked in there was quite a few long hairs spread out in bathroom. The shower had soap all over it, like it had been half cleaned and forgotten about. The feedback from the staff at the front desk was that they'd take care of it tomorrow. Fair enough, it was in the evening, but wasn't the best impression.

Enjoyed the facilities, quite rooms. The pillows on the beds where fantastic. The pool was swimmable with out goggles, not over chlorinated.

Wifi was patchy and unsecured. Would have been good to have Netflix and other services made available as do other resorts of this quality have.

Huge room - it was OK to stay 3-4 person easily. Cool smell of shower gel and shampoo. Location at 5 minutes by foot from the beach. Breakfast looks and smell nice as well (my stay did not include breakfast).

Internet available at 1st floor only near reception. AC was not the best, required to clean.

I like Sugar Marina Resort hotels network. Nautical has great location, 4 mins to the best part of Kata beach. Cozy interior and comfortable beds

Breakfast was not included in price but I thought it was, check in staff did not explain so then we got slapped with 350 baht per person breakfast charges. Beds also extremely hard.

Nice deco. The beach blanket set for guests to use is really thoughtful!

The lady at the reception and the Breakfast team are very friendly and helpful.

They don't have any security or anyone to help the guest with luggage on checkin or checkout. Breakfast has very limited option. They always keep the balcony and coridor dirty. Bed is very high risky for kids.

The room and facilities (pool and workout area) were nice. Staff were friendly too.

The hotel is situated slightly away from the vibrant area. There are nice bars and restaurants near by. However, you’ll need around 10-15mn to get to the lively area.
