The staff at the front desk were very rude and condescending. I will never stay there again and suggest if you're an American and or foreigner to not stay at this hotel.

The apartments are great, spacious and outstanding with good view on the city. Stuff are friendly, they let us left our bags in the hotel 5 hours prior to check in. Recommend.

Internet are great in the hall but very very slow in the room. Probably the problem is only in our room or on our stage. A few more routers would be grat to add.

it was quite clear

my airpods and eyeshadows were stolen right from my room! I guess it was done by staff as they have an access to all rooms for cleaning. staff were protecting each other when I started to look for my belongings and asking the cleaning lady has she seen my AirPods and eyeshadows. I wouldn’t recommend to go to this hotel if you wanna stay safe during your trip

very good price quality, room was big and bed slept really nice.

at night we could hear music from a bar down the road, but wasn't that bad.

The room was very cold and not enough blankets were provided. The lighting was quite gloomy and there was no reading light. The restaurant was disappointing - several items on the menu weren’t available and the quality of the food was poor. There weren’t many coffee shops or restaurants within close walking distance of the hotel.

comfortable bed and great shower

the room was unclean; hadn’t been hoovered and there were crumbs of food on the bedside tables. the wifi was terrible, constantly disconnecting or stopping working. When it did work it was very slow. The street was very noisy both during the night and the day.

Only 1 staff able to speak English not always available. However all the staff was nice.

it is a main street that leads you a couple of blocks from the zocalo. The lobby is nicely decorated for Christmas. Staff was friendly and helpful. A small restaurant serves very good Mx cuisine & the prices are vey good. i invited my friends there and they enjoyed it too.

The only that I could say that bothered me was that I found the room did not have enough light in it. Otherwise the room was functional & comfortable.

Bathroom smell

In a decent area, I felt safe. Surrounding blocks are well-lit. Lots of casual food options within walking distance. Room was bigger than average. It took a minute for hot water in shower to get going, but once it did there was plenty for a long, hot shower.

Daytime, room was somewhat warm with no A/C or fan. My room was at end of hallway and wifi was spotty.

I checked in, went into the room and immediately saw a cockroach. I asked for a refund and was denied. Not what I expected from a 4-star hotel
