Camera spaziosa e pulita (abbiamo preso la suite però). Colazione abbondante e varia. Personale gentile. Noi avevamo prenotato escursioni tutti i giorni quindi non è mai stata un problema la lontananza dal centro. Stanza silenziosa.

Spa chiusa in ristrutturazione. Piscine non utilizzabili. Ristorante interno non attivo se non per room service o nei tavoli esterni a bordo piscina (e la sera non sempre era piacevolissimo per via del vento). Ho provato a pagare con dollari o euro, ma mi avrebbero reso moneta locale che in teoria gli stranieri non potrebbero usare.

I liked the pool and the bed was comfortable.

While we where at the pool, my belongings where in the room. I ordered a redbull and asked the guy if I could put this on the bill. That was not possible… So I told them okay I will pay the Redbull later when I come down to eat. After swimming I got in to my room to shower and they called us 2 times on the phone in the room to ask if we can come to pay, I told them I will come to the lobby when I get dressed and the guy came 5 Minutes later to my room while we were showering to collect the money from the Redbull. I was going to be in the Lobby in about an hour because I was showering and getting ready. At the phone they demanded we got out of the room and pay the RedBull. So I did because I felt so uncomfortable. Why are they so nervous? I am a guest, of course I will pay the redbull that is only 2 euros, come on! I felt rushed and not comfortable. They where pushy and out on money only. I payed the RedBull with a 100EGP biljet and the guy even had the audacity to ask if he could keep the change. Wauw, after all the pushing for 2 euros you think I will give u anything? I am not greedy and would give them something because they work hard but don’t push me like that while that is not needed. Later they told us it was an order from the manager, rubbish leadership!

Thanks to the great staff and especially thanks to Lobna from front desk who was really helpful , welcoming and supportive, the hotel was clean , convenient and family friendly and with reasonable price
