Location of this property is excellent, very close to Marina Rubicon with bars/restaurents/shops, approx 3/4 minutes walk along promenade. Lovely pool and plenty of sunbeds. Property is spacious with dishwasher, washing machine and different seating areas, front and back to make most of morning and evening sun!

Our only disappointment was that on booking.com site it mentions a bbq and there was no bbq. Other properties at the development do have them but when we enquired via contact in Lanzarote we were told it wasn't allowed? Full oven and ceramic hob available in kitchen but wanted to cook outside and sit out and eat. No table and chairs outside though, although nice settee and 2 chairs.

Fabulous, Manuel and silvia went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and more. Brilliant stay and fabulous for a family. gracias. mucho !

Location was fairly good.

Quality of furnishings was quite poor. Not easily found at first.

Fantastic location, easy to check in, very welcoming and friendly host.

A coffee machine would have been nice, on the other hand...there are a few nice places in the Marina to get a proper coffee, but only from 10am. I like to sleep with the windows open, but the wind at night can keep you awake for a while. These were minor details and I would not hesitate to come back and/or recommend this lovely place to other people.
