The staff at reception were friendly. The swimming pool is great and having a cafe on site was very handy
The beds where hard and decor in room a little dated.

I always check the properties thorougly before to select where to go. This one had the following in the ad and not in reality:
- A bathtub in the unit (there were two, wery-well mainteined, but showers).
- The indoors pool and sauna were closed (even though there was nothing about it in the ad; and this was the main reason we decided to stay there).
- The rooftop BBQ was also closed (same, no word on it in the ad).
I am not going to lie, the place is great when fully operational and we enjoyed our stay. But it was because of great weather without any rain or strong wind. If the weather conditions were worse, our stay would be ruined.
The only thing you needed to do was to honestly notify your guests about current facility conditions.

For paying over $400 for the room for the night to be told I have to pay $1 for toilet roll is disgusting. Unit was old and dated. Saggy sofa I would never sit on. Cracked tiles in bathroom. Absolute rubbish

hotel smelt like pee, no lock on my door (not even a bolt) … had to push door shut with chair, there were pubes in the sink, they have the audacity to charge $1 per roll of toilet paper & $5 for a towel

Room layout was very spacious and clean. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Laundry facilities in room.
Couldn’t locate a microwave. Strong fragrance in foyer was very overpowering.

Aabsolutely fabulous stay! Great apartment- well positioned on the 8th floor. Lovely furnishing and everything we needed for our stay! would I stay again- most definitely!

the wifi was terrible. kept dropping out after 5 mins. the bed was way too soft.

The location is excellent to where we needed to go. Close to the tram and the beach in a quiet road. The cafe near the pool is amazing and the place is not far from bars.
The room layout was odd. There were windows from the bedroom to the Lounge which means if someone wants to sit up and watch TV the bedroom lit up. The bathroom is old and tired and the shower was so tiny we struggled to get the soap and not bang the door open. There was not a full roll of toilet paper to begin so we had to go hunting on a Sunday.

Good location and parking
The property was different to communicate with prior to our stay. When we arrived the receptionist was very rude and her communication was awful. The room wasn’t very clean to begin with, dust and bugs on the windowsill, coffee facilities were broken and the fridge didn’t work properly. We were there for 12 night and had one room refresh which wasn’t enough.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in these beautiful apartments! The pool area is fantastic and the location is spot on right between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.

Grand entry, helpful staff, distance from other buildings, fast lifts, clean under building carpark, views.
Typical of high rise buildings, the hallways lacked fresh air. it would be great if the balcony doors at the lifts could be left ajar.
