Ремонт не новый, но не критично. К сожалению завтрак не самый вкусный - не хватало вкусных сыров, рыбы, мясных закусок Очень большой трафик на завтраке Закончились в отели капсулы доя кофемашины dolce gusto - поэтому их не положили :)

The main reception area and the pool area was nice, the breakfast was comprehensive and fresh the staff were really nice

The rooms were dilapidated and very tired - needs a lot more than just a refresh. the condition of the room was very disappointing. the paintwork was peeling off, Mould and black around the shower and the bath area. the ceiling in the bathroom was disgusting. The toilet handwash basin was part of the room. I booked luxury room, but it was far from it. The description also says short distance to town - you have to get a taxi both ways - was not cheap. The balcony had a sun bed which was very dated and marked - why have a sun bed when the balcony didn't get any sun. A table and chairs would have been better.

The view from the property is simply breathtaking. The staff there are also incredible - so helpful, friendly and happy to help in anyway to make your stay better. The strip of beach outside the resort is quiet and while rocky, it makes for good snorkelling.

The rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint and ours had a musty smell. It is also a 20 minute walk from the main Kamala beach area and there are no restaurants or cafes nearby. The resort does run a shuttle to town a few times per day, but that was too restrictive for us when travelling with a baby.

the view from our room was great. We had a fabulous view of the sea from both the rooms we had booked. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good - with a good selection of food and drinks. The pool was lovely and having a pool bar was a the highlight. The 2 for 1 on the cocktails was brilliant! The staff were all really helpful and very friendly.

The room decor could have been a little better and felt a little dated but it didn't affect our stay. We felt we had got value for the amount we paid. We would return.

Great Location, close to Kamala Beach, Hotel provides daily drop off and pick up to the nearest Beach. Rooms are spacious, good options for entertainment channels on TV. Multiple swimming pools to spend your time.

There were quite a few stairs to go to the rooms upstairs, hotel does provide the buggy’s though, however sometime they want you to book the buggy in advance. Even the empty buggy driver not ready to take us with him!

Great location with handy shuttle service into Kamala town. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and the views are amazing.

The bed was a little hard (I think it's normal in Thailand) and sometimes the rooms were not made up until 4pm. These are only little remarks the overall stay was amazing.

La habitación era muy grande y Preciosa. Las vistas desde la terraza eran increíbles. El personal muy amable y servicial. El vestíbulo tenía unos sillones muy cómodos para descansar y leer.

Los precios del restaurante eran caros. Coger un taxi a la playa de Kamala que estaba a 5 km costaba 200B. El hotel tenía un transfer gratuito pero con muy pocas horas de servicio. Terminaba a las 17:40 por lo que para ir a cenar tenías que pagar un taxi.

Rooms are very spacious very comfortable , value for money.

Pool and pool bar were very good and the staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Room was extremely dated. Outside doors didn’t close and because of this newts were in the room. The walk to our room wasn’t well lit.

Overall the property maintenance needs attention, AC very loud and only 1 set of temperature, bedsheets and towels had a strong chlorine or bleach smell.

Facilities would have been considered great perhaps in the 90s. Nowadays such hotel can be considered at best as decent.

Luck of lift, old gym with non functional instruments, breakfast mediocre, pool meh meh.

The location and price

The air conditioning was broken when we checked in and had to be fixed. An awful odour of mould that was so bad it made us feel ill. We were moved rooms after two days of not being able to stay.

Absolutely everything! From the amazing facilities to the impeccable service, there is not one area I can fault in this beautiful resort! The staff constantly went above and beyond to cater to me and my parties needs. I have never experienced such amazing service and kindness from resort staff! The rooms were also well kept and constantly cleaned! The air conditioning was amazing and the views were breathtaking! I can not wait to come back to stay at Namaka Resort!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the food (mushroom with basil and chilli (breakfast), calamari rings (ordered food))!! The rest of the food was mostly great too. The view of the hotel was also phenomenal. We loved this stay overall.

There were random water puddles on the counter below the TV, along the whole wall. We weren't sure why. Also there was a smell coming from the small square pillows, probably from not drying them enough after washed.

The location of the hotel, the peacefulness that comes with its location. A perfect place for anybody. I am already missing it.

There could have been more vegetarian options in breakfast and in meal options. The shower needs a good setting. The water at times is very hot and therefore an appropriate setting needs to be made.
