very noisy location, whole night you hear cars on the near street, bad old windows without noise isolation old equipment of bathroom, especially faucets, they should be changed hotel is not barriers free, stairs to the elevator (not good if you have someone on wheelchair)

Good, quiet hotel with some history. Tasty dishes in restaurants, good menu, friendly and welcoming staff. Pets are welcome with no additional charges.

Very good location if you arrive with car. Easy to find, easy to park and good connection to the public transport. Schönbrunn and the zoo are in walking distance, bus station is in front of the hotel (bus comes in every 5 minutes), tram and underground are two stations away taking you to anywhere in Vienna. Good looking 100-year-old building with a nice terrace under the trees. Common spaces within the hotel follows this mood, general cleanliness is very good. The big white dog laying under the piano is really cute.

Our room was very clean, however, it was quite worn, its style is more from the 70's ruining the first impression. Although breakfast is in buffet style, do not expect wide variety; only basic selection is served. At the reception English is not a problem at all, in the restaurant we had some difficulties. All information can be found in English but not the menu!

We got a completely different room from the one we booked. The hotel is located near the tombs and overlooks the tombs. I would not recommend booking in it at all.

Location near the castle is good.

View from the windows on the cemetery, water taps were almost impossible to close. No air conditioning- it was extremely hot.

The room was nice and tidy, with high ceilings and a lot of space to move around. The view was decent, our room faced the terrace and cemetery. The breakfast was excellent, as expected, the only regret we had was not having eaten at the hotel every day. The hotel was just across the bus station, which provided a link to the metro station (about 2 stops away). Staff was very helpful.

I guess the only downside was the parking, having a limited number of parking spots in front of the hotel, however, we managed to find a few spots further up the road, following staff advice.

Great location, with great transportation to the city center. Nice hot and cozy rooms, good beds with great mattresses. I was able to find free parking spaces right outside of the hotel. No need to look for paid parking areas.

Understaffed (possibly due to Covid19), had to wait a while for a coffee :) The location is right outside of the cemetery - which is not that bad if there was a notification for that beforehand :)

The hotel is located in a nice area and is easily reachable by public transportation. Breakfast was good and sufficient variation was provided.
