Jediný problém během ubytování byl s přístupovými kartami, jelikož občas se stávaly nefunkčními ....ovládají jak výtah,tak klimatizaci tak i vstup do pokojů.Ale musím hodnotit i kladně přístup personálu ,který vše s úsměvem a operativně řešil.

Tramvajová zastávka přímo před hotelem. Jinak mi ubytování přišlo takové standardní, uspokojí a nenadchne. Vyhovuje mi nonstop recepce.

Prostředí ve kterém jsou podávány snídaně spíš připomíná školení jídelnu než restauraci ve čtyřhvězdičkovém hotelu.

The location was ideal, close to the city centre but also kind of away from it, giving you a sense of calm and proximity to nature as well. The lift was fast and the acquarium next to it, full of shrimps and different kinds of fish became our favourite stop. Also, we didn't have any interruptions by the cleaning staff, which was a fear we had since it has occurred in the past. Breakfast was adequate, not terrible, nothing fancy either, served on time. The shop inside the hotel was cute and full of interesting souvenirs. The check out was really fast, although it happened in the early morning hours.

Our room had no fridge and though it wasn't mentioned while we were booking that specific room, we didn't check because we thought it's common sense to include one, especially when we pay a fair price for a standard double room. It took as approximately 3 (out of 5) days to figure out how to turn on the AC in less than 15 minutes (basic instructions that don't actually mention the trick to placing the card correctly so it does turn on). When it would finally turn on, it kept lowering the temperature on its own to 22 degrees (always) after half an hour and after some more time, it would just turn off completely causing us to sweat in the middle of the night and constantly wake up to turn it on again. Upon mentioning this to staff, we were told that's how it works in order to save energy and there's nothing they can do. The firmness of the beds and the broken frame of one made sleep difficult and our bodies ache. The pillows were very uncomfortable and I had to use the decorative couch pillows so my neck wouldn't stiffen up (in the closet there were no extra pillows or slippers). Breakfast was served in a room that can't accommodate all of the visitors and sometimes we had to sit with strangers at the same table. Trainees were a bit invasive as they would at random times grab empty glasses/mugs and plates that were right in front of us and that we sometimes wanted to reuse, without asking. The mugs were also not the cleanest, having many coffee stains. Wi-fi connection was often poor, disconnecting multiple times per day. Noise wise, there was a construction site across the street and also workers on the 3rd floor where we stayed, working from 7am, depriving us of 2-3 hours of sleep and Staff seemed miserable, lacked basic english language skills and didn't seem happy to help with any questions. They claimed they were available 24/7, yet when we called them, they never picked up or called back.

The hotel is situated close to both the bus and tram stations, making it incredibly easy to explore the city's attractions. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was outstanding. The spread was diverse, offering a wide array of delicious options to suit different tastes.

My experience with the reception at this hotel was disappointing. They seemed preoccupied and not particularly welcoming, which left a negative first impression. Throughout my stay, I encountered similar issues whenever I approached the front desk with inquiries or requests.

Yeah, it was a centrally located hotel with good infrastructure and linked to the central city.

It was clean but some parts smelling bad like the toilet.

The facilities were amazing at the place, especially the gym and the wellness part. The breakfast was just enough to select from, not too much not too little.

Not much English to help in lifts ect.i spent a lil time in there.also couldn't find English TV channels.

Not too expensive. Tram stop right outside. Friendly staff and decent size room. Breakfast was an odd mix, but the cereal and cake were nice. Nice bar across the way, and several pubs and bars on-site. The area just near the near hotel is a bit strange, but close by are lots of nice parks and cafes, less touristy and busy than central Prague

It's a large conference hotel, so there were many parties of school age kids, which made it very loud at times and breakfast a bit chaotic. Rooms need to be redecorated and not the cleanest. I stopped getting WiFi signal after one day. It's easy to get to, but don't book if you want to be central.

The only one advantage that I can find about that hotel is good and comfortable. Nothing more is worth mentioning.

Staff at the reception was mean, too many people at breakfast and we had problem to sit, because they are understaffed in there. And breakfast wasn’t tasty, it wasn’t worth additional payment. And the last thing, be careful if you think that when you pay the original price you will have a chance to use sauna or swimming pool. There is additional charge for everything in that place, it is really disappointing hotel and I wouldn’t give it 4 stars and I don’t recommend staying there. I chose it because it was supposed to be really close to underground and be really nice hotel, but it wasn’t and I regret staying there.

I really liked the request that they take in without asking too many questions or making it unnecessarily difficult, responses were very quick, I liked that.

How moderate the staff was, namely at the reception. Just not pay honest attention to the quest or a warm welcome. Treating the quest for me, felt like just something that needs to happen while working, rather than investing in the quest.

They call themselves wellness hotel, but it's an external service you have to pay EXTRA. Bad location. Very old from inside and outside, many things even broken. Dirty. Unhealthy bad breakfast

The breakfast room was too small for so many clients. You just took your breakfast on the plate, after waiting in a cue and than you realise that there are no free tables. The resolve this it is necesarry to put just 3-4 additional tables in corner of each one of the rooms or search for better solution. The quality of the food for the self service is not on the level of 4 star hotel. Must be better, but in reality the price of the hotel is really very good, so it is not necessary to wait for much more.

Everything was great : Hotel, staff, transports, room, breakfast, fitness center, spa & wellness, space, clean, services ! Totally recommend this place and will be back !

WiFi connection was poor in the room, Italian TV (Rai1, Rai2 Rai3 didnt work, only Czech TV, German TV and Austria TV)
