The hotel was beautiful, full of charm.

Very pleased with my stay and nice vegetarian breakfast. The staff were all very nice, would definitely stay again.
Just don't like carpets in rooms anymore.

Absolutely loved our stay. Amazing staff - so helpful and friendly. Very professional especially Natasha on reception. My husband Peter booked our stay but didn't come with us 4 friends travelling together. Christine

Enjoyed my stay at Washingborough hall, room was excellent and the addition of tea/coffee making facilities with free water bottles for us both was a nice touch
Staff always very helpful and attentive to our needs, great bar food and a lovely relaxing atmosphere
Ample parking on the property and easy access to the area of Lincoln centre which was 20 mins drive away

The weather was very warm when we stayed and no air conditioning, a small fan was provided but was very noisy
Which we could not use at night. Would like to see a newer updated fan, probably a tall one, in the rooms which you could be moved around
A soap dish in the bathroom would be helpful, we use our own soap and had nowhere to put it on the sink, , hand wash was provided, but just a thought for the hotel not a complaint

The hotel is set is lovely grounds and has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Staff are extremely pleasant. The evening meal was exceptional. Large car park and very close to LIncoln.
The room was slightly 'tired' with poor TV reception and a rather basic shower unit. Perfectly comfortable.

poor facilities in room, ie no tooth brush glass, no usb sockets, no soap dish by bath, loo door did not shut, smell from kitchens.

It's a place I visit to recover. The location, the interior, the staff, the rooms, the bath, and the very comfy beds are always a reason why you would always come back to this spectacular hotel.

staff were very attentive, the hotel in a nice quiet area with a homely feel.
Breakfast good
The room we had, room 17, requires a little bit of attention, particularly in the bathroom. The lino is not laid correctly so is bubbled and small details like paint/grout still visible.
it did not put us off booking again however for the price per night I would have expected a bit more of a wow in the room.

What a lovely characterful hotel, in a village 3 miles outside Lincoln. Beautiful grounds, large car park. Stayed with a friend for 2 nights B&B. We upgraded our rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was in the eaves, so sloping roof and a bathroom down and up some stairs to get used to. My friend's room was a king room with bath. Lovely lounge area. Breakfast was excellent.
