Plenty of options. Breakfast was hot, fresh food. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who were very friendly.

The owners Vicki and Tim were lovely, so welcoming and made our short stay so comfortable, the rooms were perfect, good size, very clean and exceptionally quiet, had a very good nights sleep. The breakfast was very very good and of a very high standard! A lovely guest house and a pleasant surprise with so many to choose from. We will certainly book again with Vicki and Tim when we are visiting again, thank you and good luck! Mark and Helen.

Location of the premises ideal - not too far away from sea front and town but far enough away to be quiet. The breakfast here was amazing. Everything was thought of. My partner is diabetic and he took his own reduced sugar sauce but as soon as hosts found out they offered straight away to go and get some saying if we had informed them they would have got some in and then offered to get sugar free baked beans for him. THAT is customer service.

What I didn't like was packing up to leave. At the end of each day while there, I used to say , "let's go home" meaning back to The Brandize. There was nothing to dislike.

Really clean with super friendly hosts. Water and tea making facilities in the room. Lots of towels in the bathroom. 15 min walk to the Princess Theatre And you can pre-order what you want for breakfast with a time if you need to get away. Great little guest house and highly recommended.

This was the best B& B I have stayed in. (And there have been many!) The location was perfect, away from the party area of Torquay but within walking distance of the sea front with its attractions and the station. Most suitable for those looking for quality and tranquility. What made it particularly special was the personal attention from the lovely owners. Our twin room was exceptionally quiet and beautifully decorated and furnished. The beds were so comfy I would have gladly taken mine home. The bathroom was evidently new and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Added extras like hand made local chocolates, biscuits and beautiful mugs and an additional fleece for the bed were the icing on the cake. The breakfast was beautifully prepared and served and my friend and I are pesky slow eaters but the owners were so generous and patient. Nothing was too much trouble. There is a really lovely lounge which we didn’t use but which would be perfect for a board game on an evening. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again before it becomes permanently booked up!

Breakfast was both nutritional and filling, A nice starter of fresh fruits and yoghurt followed by a full cooked breakfast, fantastic, no need for lunch.
