Huge, clean room with all the basic amenities. the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was great & very nice grounds! Everything you need is in one spot!

Interior of the rooms are a bit dated, but everything worked and was clean & comfortable.

Very comfortable and laid back hotel. We especially liked the quiet room on the ground floor that looked over an aloe vera garden and golf fairway. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

Nice property in a quiet area surrounded by golf greens

This complex is an older condo complex excellently situated near the ocean in the highly desirable hotel strip area of San Jose del Cabo. I have friends who have condos there and was impressed with their condos. Therefore, I thought when I booked that I was actually booking a condo or at least a suite with a kitchenette. The photos that accompanied the listing showed full suites. Instead, I got a tiny old, dated, dark room with only a mini fridge, no microwave or any kitchenette facility other than a coffee maker. The walls were so thin I could hear every movement of the people next door. This was really a problem for me and made me feel very uncomfortable in the room. On the positive side, the staff were excellent, smiling, friendly, helpful and gave good service. Kudos to Eduardo who helped me store and move luggage with perishables in the heat. On the positive side, everything worked well in the room, including the wifi, fridge, bathroom, and the bed was fine.

The room ---- walls too thin. Dated room and dated decor. Although a lot of the older complexes along this hotel strip are dated rooms, but most have thicker walls at least. I felt like the next door occupants were literally in the same room, could hear every chair scrape and fork clink. Also the on-site restaurant had minimal activity, not worth eating there with so many fantastic restaurants around. However the waiters were very nice and friendly, which was the same for all the staff on the premises.

The property was very quaint and we loved the location. We were there for a month and really enjoyed ourselves. The condo was very clean and organized thanks to the wonderful staff. Our housekeeper was fantastic and the bartenders as well. Pepe and the young gentleman were both very warm and attentive. The gardeners, front staff and everyone who worked there were wonderful.

Friendly staff. Great location. Clean. Quiet. 10 minute walk to shops.

Sometimes the music from the bar was too loud.
