The location was great. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, the beach and everything required
Indoor pools were not available but this wasn’t ever stated, room wasn’t clean and was very aged, basic requirements missing from room e.g. enough plates, cutlery, dish washing utensils, blankets, beds were uncomfortable, carpark isn’t good for any cars that are medium height or above, weed being smoked in adjacent room and was constantly coming into our room.

Come on .You cannot rent a appartment like this .we have 2023 not 1987.Sometimes you have change the old furniture . if i pay 30 dollars more a day ,i can go to meriton suites. To loud ,because the windows about 40 years old . to hot jn bedroom. only AC in livingroom

It was close to all areas of surfers paradise restaurants and shopping.
The room was supposed to have A/C, it didn't .. just fans. There were a small number of plates to eat off which was useless for a family of four. There were many blinds inactive on windows, a clear window in the ensuite that was unsuitable for female guest. The walls, floors, benches, cutlery, plates and cupboards were all dirty on arrival. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the toilet roll holder was missing, the kettle didn't work, lamps were broken and didn't work, beds were cheap singles pushed together with a thin foam piece on top. Money paid was for 4 star, what we got was barely 1 star.
A disgusting dilapidated old building with equally disgusting rooms. I wouldn't recommend this to a homeless person.

dirty overall like it is never been cleaned. very outdated place with mouldy windows and unclean bathrooms.

Spacious rooms and living room, great views, modern areas except bathrooms. Air-conditioning was great and locations amazing. The indoor and outdoor pool were great
Bathrooms were really old and outdated, and shower door fell off in the bathroom. Wished when we arrived it was more clean too but was reasonable.
Small water heater for a room for 6 people so we ran out of hot water every night.

Good location and views
Very dirty! Found blood splatters everywhere at arrival. Dirt piles and beer bottle lids under bed and behind couch. Serviettes left on bedside table.
Lots of things broken. Oven grill, some stove tops, vacuum and TV in bedroom not working. Bed were hard as rocks. Tea towels had holes and drier half fell off wall.

The location is amazing, perfect walking distance from the beach and down to shops …. everything is at your doorstep!!

definitely stay there again.
a few things not functioning … iron, kitchen light, en-suite light, blinds, and the couch was extremely uncomfortable.
